Today! Today Today Today July 3rd will be my VERY LAST TIME ordering from this location! The manager Jackie is terrible as well! I’m now speaking to another manager that just started a different shift .. in the middle of me telling her about the wrong order she rudely put the phone on hold never came back to the phone … it’s just a lot to type but bottom line is this location is very unprofessional nasty and rude!
Requested curbside pickup for my order. Instructions in the email confirmation stated to park in the curbside parking spots and check in. When I arrived, there weren't any curbside parking spots. So I had to go inside to pickup my order.There were other customers inside ordering at the counter. There was a female employee at the register and another standing next to her. The female employee at the register had to keep asking for help and couldn't even count change for the customers in front of me. The second female employee didn't greet me or offer any assistance while I was standing there waiting.The second employee eventually had to take over the register. When it was my turn, I told her that I didn't see any curbside spots outside. She said they don't do that there. Very disappointed that the website gave false information about curbside pickup.The food was hot and tasted good though. Order was made correctly.
Surprised this store is not shut down. I placed an order for delivery over the phone, i paid with card and left tip ahead of time i was advised the order would be delivered in about 30 minutes… so i waited it was 45 minutes later and i said ok no biggie i will wait a little longer because anything can happen… then its officially been an hour and i still have not received my order so i called and was transferred to the store where nobody answered the phone. So at 12:40am i decided to drive to the store to see what happened to my order since no one answers. The lady looks up my order and tells me yes i sent it out with our driver and closed out the check and i said okay so can you call the driver and see where my food is because i never received it and she said theres nothing i can do and i said well then i would like a refund and she said she cant refund me that i have to go back tomorrow and speak to her manager. This is the worst experience i have ever had with this store. I’m very disappointed that i had nothing to serve my guests who were visiting from out of town. If you order from here i suggest you don't do delivery!
I was basically robbed by this Pizza Hut. I ordered a delivery online which I have done many times. After 1 hour waiting, I called their store, placed on hold for over 20 minutes each time I attempted to speak to someone. They never delivered my pizza and charged me anyways. I called corporate and they were useless. I emailed customer service and it was the same result. DO NOT ORDER FROM Pizza Hut!! They are a bunch of crooks and very unprofessional.
The worst!!! I live less than a mile away. It took my order over an hour to get there. I called the store. I was explaining why I called and they put me on hold before I finished talking. No one ever came back on the phone to answer my call. This has happened multiple times. Guess I haven’t learned my lesson. Last time!!! I wish I could give a zero star rating to tell how I really feel.
The pizza was not cooked all the way. The dough still tasted raw. The cheese in the crust had hardened. It did not taste good at all.
The best pizza I have received in a long time. Perfectly warm, cooked, the cheese well blend with the rest of the ingredients and delivered just in time.
I waited more than 3 hours for my food. I originally ordered delivery and after 2 hours I went to pick it up myself where I waited almost another hour. You are understaffed for the volume of customers at that store and should have shut own online ordering until they caught up.
The worst experience of my life. Placed an order online. Two hours later I called to check on the atatus of my order. Was on hold for about 30 mins. Someone picked up, when I expressed my concern about my order I was placed on another hold, for another 30 minutes. I then proceeded to drive to the store, and without any remorse or any logical explanation I was told there was nothing they can do. I demanded my money back, which they did, less the already paid tip.Ok, I got my money back, but I had the worst experience ever, with and hour on hold on the phone, waiting for 2 hours, and actually having to drive to the store. This is ridiculous Nd corporate won’t do anything. Never in my life will I ever over a pizza from Pizza Hut. Worst company ever.
I waited an hour and a half for my pizza. When I got it was cold and hard. Two pie and cheese breadsticks. We couldnt eat any of it cause it was so hard. Had to find something else for dinner. Disappointed is an understatement.
