I was with my wife and I mentioned to her that I have been getting posts by pinchos on Instagram and we should try them, so when we saw them here we decided to go. It was 10;45 and they will open at 11am so we decided to wait, when we finally entered at 11 we placed our order and then we headed to the tables, to our surprise there was not a single clean table, we cleaned our table with napkins and hand sanitizer,we where impressed because the store was just opened and we where the first people, then we realized that the entire floor was dirty and that was also another red flag, when we got our order the food was small but small. We left there concerned wondering if their kitchen practices where as clean as their tables and floor.

This place is great. The food is always very good and they also sell beers. The service is friendly and on point. The burgers and the vaca frita plate are my favorites, very yummy. But a bit pricey I have to admit. Dining area and bathroom were clean and tidy as well.
Ordered takeout. Waited 30 minutes and my food was cold. Had to wait 15 more minutes for hot fries. The food was ok. The staff messed up another order while I was there. The location is very nice and has a very inviting feel. A cool semi-upscale look. I just wish the service was better.
The place is good but just a little bit too pricey. The food taste delicious though ? I had a steak pincho with fries and fried cheese and my wife had a hot dog and sweet potato fries. Everything was good but I felt I left still hungry. The plate should come with 2 pinchos since one of them is like maybe half a little steak and still costs $14 ? Overall is good and I would recommend it but just know it won't be a lot of food.
I visited this place thinking it was pincho as in Puerto Rican pinchos but to my surprise it was not. Food is not bad here just not what I was expecting. I had the chicken kebab with sweet potato tots and tostones. Chicken was very nicely seasoned, wweet potato tots were good but the tostones were A little interesting. It looks like it was made from a sheet of plantain and perfectly round circles were cut out of it. Anyway that didn’t affect the flavor it was still good but again just not my favorite place.
Yes! Yes! Yes! That's all my taste buds were saying. Pincho Factory is a very cool burger burger joint. You order first then sit to be served. I want to try their wraps and salads next. Definitely worth checking out.

The order was completely wrong. Beans instead of roasted vegetables. Rotten tomatoes in the salad and they forgot the dressing.
What a disappointment I came like a year ago to eat a fritanga burger and it was an amazing taste specially the salad they put in!!so today I order the same ??big mistake the restaurant was dirty, the employee were not paying attention and the food was BAD the salad inside the burger was just a little in I couldn’t even taste the sour cream
