Very good when they first opened. Lately the food and service have taken a dip. When you go through the drive thru even when it’s super slow and no one is there. They make you pull up to the spots so the timer can show they serving quicker than they do. Half of the time they forget I’m out there and have to go inside.
I used to love PDQ, but this experience was the last time I will go. I see other reviews mention the food was cold. My grilled tenders were cold and dry! I was on lunch break so I didn't have time to ask for fresh ones. On top of that my fries were very hard, they scraped the roof of my mouth. For once I didn't want to eat my fries.Service was bad too. I was rushed at the register after waiting about a minute to get served. Later at my table, I saw the cashier walk away as a customer approached.I took my grandfather out for lunch too, he is 88 years old and walks with a cane. I told him to stay at the table while I got refills, then I was going to grab the trash and baskets. He must've not heard me and got up with the trash and baskets. As I was walking back I saw him struggling to walk, an employee approaches him and instead of grabbing the baskets from him points to a far away trash can out of his way! She didn't even have anything in her hand, she wasn't helping a customer, nothing. I couldn't believe it.I used to defend PDQ when my coworkers would say it was bad, now I completely understand them.
Don’t know what’s going on but food ice cold no one cares. Thought it was made to order not McDonald’s??? Paying those prices for chicken I can’t believe it. I see why there closing stores left and right.
The staff were nice and polite. Was there at a slow time on a saturday after noon. So the wait wasnt long. Had the honey butter chicken soooo good. But keep the napkins close it is drippy with goodness. And the tenders are great with the buffalo bleu sauce.
This PDQ is subpar when compared to their sister locations. Perpetually don’t have honey mustard which is the whole reason a lot of us go there - and they don’t tell you until after you order/pay. Chicken was cold today also. Gave me the wrong fountain drink for the pick up order. Employees don’t care. Very dissatisfied.

absolutely fantastic!!!!! food was AMAZING? 10/10. Jack was very knowledgeable on the menu and the other worker Dylan was so friendly and attentive. Would come here again!
Food was very fresh and was ready as soon as we sat down. Customer service was excellent. I liked the fact that they bring the food to you unlike traditional fast food restaurants.
FOOD IS SO GOOD AND FRESH!!
“Chicken nuggets”….for $2 more I could have gotten another 5pc meal and cut up a tender myself.
