Worst Papa John shop. I visit for an interview and saw staff not happy to work. They give false advertising on Indeed per hour 7$ not 15-17$ for the delivery driver and lie about mileage being paid back weakly. Do not go or use these business for anything. The manager seem like a wimp slave.
5/29 tried ordering from this place again. First first told me my order was late by an hour because my foot flew out of the back of a trunk. Manager hops on the phone and tells me that the previous lady was lying and that it’s never happened. 25 mins late again.You’ve got to love when papa johns is late and incorrectly delivers your order the week before. They offer to credit your account at that time. You call the week after, they can’t find the credit so the employee hangs up on you. Then, you can back, manager answers, incredibly rude and disrespectful. Told him to keep his credit and we would go elsewhere. New management is obviously needed at this location. What a disappointment for a long standing establishment in my area
I’ve never had bad experiences at this location but unfortunately today I guess there was an error with the system marking my order ready early. Ended up standing inside the store for a very long time but KENNY made It right in the end. Very cool dude, respect to him.
I ordered a large the works pizza todayMinus black olives which I can’t eat or standMy pizza was delivered with back Olives.I don’t complain much but I thru the whole pizza awayI could not eat it even after trying to remove the black olives
I ordered 2 pizza, 1 without sauce...when I arrived home mi pizza without sauce hace sauce and a spice sauce and the add garlic sauce and peperoncino....I hate spicy food. I am very sad
Ordered a pizza, app said delivered, it was meter delivered. Called 5 times to check status. Employees answered 6 times but didn't speak until the 5th time. Was hung up on the 5th time so called for the 6th time. Supposedly they canceled the order. Waiting for a refund. Recommend just sticking with the non chain pizza spots in Pines
Ordered 3 pizzas online at 6pm. Didn’t see on the site where to set the pickup time so called in immediately after placing the order and informed them that I would need the pizzas ready for 7:30 and not 6:15pm. They said it was fine and adjusted the time to make them. I got to the store at exactly 7:30 and they gave me 3 cold boxes of pizza.I asked the girl at the front (pictured) if the pizzas were just made. She said “yes”. I asked if they were made for 7:30, she said “yes”. I asked why are the boxed cold then. Her reply, “they were just made, it’s probably just the box”… the fact that someone would just flat out lie like that and make something up is beyond me. Definitely not someone that understands the simple laws of thermodynamics and why something that is piping hot placed in a box would make the box hot.I opened the box, touched the pizza and it was cold. So it had been sitting there for easily over 1 hour and some change. I had to speak to the manager on-staff so they could make a new batch and you better believe I sat there in the store to watch and make sure they didn’t simply reheat my pizzas. Waste of time. Maybe next time I’ll try Dough Boys or Pizza Hut, because this was a joke and staff should not just be making things up like that.I’m only giving 2 stars because they at least remade the pizzas. Only that’s 15/20 minutes of my life I’m not getting back.In the end, I did end up getting three hot pizzas, and the manager offered me a free 2 liter bottle of soda to make up for the lost time. She did also apologize for the wait/delay.
Well... My order came and it was still hot. But the jalapeno popper bites look nothing like they did online. There is no cheese or cream cheese in them. Just dry bread with jalapenos in it. My breadsticks we're supposed to come with blue cheese dressing but apparently nobody read the actual order and they just tossed the default pizza sauce in the box. Upside down. I remember now why I haven't ordered from here in a while...
I’ve been a Papa John’s customer for 20 years in five states. This store is the worst. Chronically late, cold, and often poorly cooked. I never get a straight answer when I call. “It’s on its way”, “it’ll be another hour”, “driver just arrived” - on the same phone call!
I ordered on the app. After I received the notification that the order was ready, I went to pick it up and they didn't have it ready. I have to wait 30 more minutes to be able to have my order.
