This Papa John's leaves a lot to be desired, it shouldn't be called that; since it does not meet the standards of this company. I placed an order and they charged my card. The order never arrived, when I communicated they put me on hold for 30 minutes, and they had not even taken the order. The manager in charge "Juan" According to him, he could not guarantee my delivery because of the order and he did not offer me any help. The place was nice, big, safe and customer service a 10. But I went there for a New York Thin pizza that I saw on TV and craved it. Kind of disappointed because the pizza was fresh and good but the dough was thicker than a regular pizza. Absolutely too much bread, Fix that problem and the pizza would be great. But I would still return and try again just because customer service was great. So that why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Sorry guys!??
Order 2 pizza over the phone went pick up . They said they don't have the pizza they gave to someone else ? seriously !!! you don't check who came for pick up and who's pizza you giving to whom ??? That careless very disappointed ....????
They got a system but they need to slow down just a little bit more.It's not good when everybody's in such a hurry the driver takes a pizza that was supposed to be for a pick up with him. slow down

Ordered a veggie pizza. This what I got.. whoever made it literally just threw all the veggies in the center and every slice fell apart. I called back and complained so they made me another pizza. When it arrived it literally was made the same way. This location sucks never again .
I just Order Pissa at This Location, And Showe Up At The Time that I was Told gor pic Up 10 to 15 Minutes So Y Got There and Aparently A Driver Had took Mi Pissa The Cashier did Not Even Give me an Apologie For The Invonvenience They Just Wanted me to Wait Another 10 Of 15 Minutes jajaa With That To Say do Not Order Any Pissa From This Papa Jhon Location .
