Horrible experience! Ordered pizza last night and after waiting more than two hours and being told that it’s on its way it actually never even came and this was after speaking to the store manager! Will never use them again!
This place is a disaster; the service is horrible. I have placed a pizza order every Wednesday for my children since the school opened in August. Each time my order is placed at that location, it's always a problem; the staff, as well as the service, is horrible.
Pizza is always fresh and customer service is great. Had a few mishaps when they got my order wrong but they always re-make the pizza so I can’t be too upset. I even got free pizza because of it. Overall highly recommend
I just picked up my pizza.... paid 34.13 for 2 large pizzas.... the special is supposed to come with up to 5 toppings.... I asked for just all cheese an please make sure it has extra cheese!!!!!! I got a pizza with what it looks like is just a regular cheese pizza!!!! If I wanted just a regular cheese pizza with this amount of cheese I would have paid $5 at little ceasers!!!!! Smh
It was a Friday night and they were slammed. They were working their butts off and you can't help but feel bad when you see a customer that's not as understanding as I am. Keep it up y'all!! Thank you!!
I’ve never had issues with this place until tonight. I ordered my pizza for delivery and after an hour and a half I decided to check the pizza tracker. It said it had been delivered, yet I had not received it personally. I called the store and a friendly man picked up and told me to give him one minute while he figures out what’s going on. After a little wait, a woman picks up and tells me that the driver was at my house knocking on the door and nobody answered. I told her I had been sitting in my living room the whole time waiting and nobody knocked on the door. She said the driver left and a woman walked up to him and told him it was her pizza and he gave it to her. I kept insisting that it was not me and nobody had knocked on my door the whole Time since I’ve been here. We kept going back-and-forth with her condescending tone whilst she was insinuating that it was my fault that I did not hear him. He has my phone number, why didn’t he call me to find out if he was even at the right building? Why would he just give some random person a pizza that walked up to him? He could have asked her name, my name is on the sticker on the box and she wouldn’t known it. Common sense. She then told me I would have to wait a whole other hour for the pizza as she put me on the back burner for a new order. I told her if he wanted to deliver it to my garage it might be easier because I have two very identifiable trucks in front of it. She then told me “just make sure you listen for your door.” Excuse me? Why didn’t your driver just called me the first time? What makes you think I can’t hear? Whoever this girl is needs to be reprimanded or taken out of the cashier and put in the back making pizzas because she has a horrid attitude. Zero customer service at all and now I’m still here waiting 2 hours on a pizza that was somebody else’s mistake. Very unprofessional and I don’t see myself using this place again. It’s sad when the owner couldn’t care less whether we go back or not, but when you have employees with subpar attitude and service, you should be put out of business. You are not a business owner, you’re an order taker
Their system was down. After reading reviews seems to happen a lot at this Papa Johns. Pizza was suppose to be delivered at 3:45, we received it at 5:30 pm. The pizza seemed like it had been sitting there done for hours. It’s was hard, dry, just horrible.
2 hours later still no delivery . Went in to pick up order , it was cold and was still charged a delivery charge later on . Unorganized operation , save your time and money , chose another store .
I'd like to thank the guy who didn't knock and left my pizza in the rain. I want my tip back.
I placed an order for large pizza on the evening of 12/30/21 and upon tracking I realized the order had been cancelled. This was very strange because I called the store a FEW (three) times to give them the proper address (update the zipcode enforced by Papa Johns, it was incorrect) and to request an ETA. In total, I waited 1hr. to be told “the driver could not locate my address, he knocked on the door twice, and called the number on file with no answer”. Please note, no one knocked on my door or tried to contact me. In addition, the cashier (point of contact) in the store failed to inform me of any troubles with the driver locating my address, again I called three separate times. This is a clear example of POOR COMMUNICATION AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! To top things off, the cashier says “sorry” like this statement alone with rectify the situation. Well, you know what? I’m sorry your team is hindering your company’s success. I’m sorry you’ve hired such unconcerned individuals who are too lazy to care, communicate, or do their job. I’m sorry, I wasted time out of my life to even support this store. By far, this is my worst experience with Papa Johns.
