In recent weeks, the meal office has been lousy ... I ask for the application 15 minutes from the restaurant and when I arrived 20 minutes later they have not yet enlisted the order ... I will change a restaurant !!! Note: There is an employee of Asian origin with a pesimate attitude ... Recommendation: Do not come to this site.
This is our go to place when we need a quick meal. Typically order through the app and just pick up to take home. Staff has always been friendly despite how busy this location gets.

I ordered the Orange Chicken, Lo Mein, and Egg Roll. Everything was cold and this is not the first time it happen, I give a place second chance and it seems things never changed. If you are going to sell your food as hot then they need heat lamps or ways of keeping the foot hot after the guy in the back is finished with bringing out more trays of food. I don't recommend this place the owner does does not care.
Sometimes cold. They put old food over the newly cooked food. It may be bland and do not read special request… I do NOT appreciate that. Some days It is really good. There is always a sweet cashier. I am not sure of her name but she is great and amazing. Very gentle. She’s different from most of them. Great person.
Just came in, wantes double rice and and orange chicken....the one most popular item on the menu. Didn't have any backup for it. With still 40 minutes left to close. Waited in line because I asked there would be chicken and rice made which there wasn't when I came in, and they said yes. Lady wanted to give me the clod leftover chicken on the tray, so I said I wanted the fresh one that was coming out. She said they weren't going to make any more food....but yet everything else was done....there was only a little bit of almond chicken which I cannot have. Really baaaad baaaad experience....it sucks to be a paying customer and be treated like this. Baaaad service I wish I could give a 0 star rating here!

Got there at 10:34 am and they weren't even open yet. The employees saw me standing outside and ignored me. They finally opened the door at 10:40 am when I realize that they have no food ready except chow mein and fried rice. Everything else was empty. I had to wait while they made the orange chicken I wanted. I had to leave without some items I wanted.. I wish they would have at least come outside to me to tell me that they weren't ready yet.
My husband visited this food store, a Chinese woman was really rude. We are senior, so my husband talked to her about aour age. She said me: if you need a discount, go some places else. For us it's no niece. We are older people, and we visit this store every weekend. But we never come back. Her behavior was really nasty. Sorry.
