Was here for my sons birthday and our night was ruined when I had to take my children to the bathroom and my belongings were stolen. I had an expensive work sweater missing and my drinks were gone as if someone mistakenly started to clear our table. No one was able to locate or help me find my sweater. I still had to pay for the full meal and the supervisor did nothing. No cameras, no security, nothing to ensure things like this don’t happen. I told 3 people we were going to the bathroom and to notify our server which clearly did not happen considering they felt the need to start clearing off our table. The supervisor took my number and walked away with no reassurance.On top of all else, the restaurant was dirty, as I’m looking for my sweater with my kids help they were finding and picking up old dirty utensils off the floor. The cheese on my pasta was burnt and did not mix well into the pasta.I am livid at my experience considering I was just trying to enjoy time with my boys.The waitress was new and beyond friendly but although she tried, none of her other coworkers were actually helpful to the situation either.I waited for an hour or more as they “investigated” meanwhile everyone is laughing at the bar, cleaning others tables to close the restaurant and go home not even looking for a second. Supervisor included. And to wrap it up, I was rushed out the restaurant after they came to the conclusion that they weren’t gonna do anything about it.Things is, I’m an understanding person but not a single person other than my waitress showed sympathy. No one offered anything to make up for my experience in THEIR establishment.Would not recommend this place. God forbid something goes wrong while you try to dine.
We had lunch there today and the food was fine and out server (Maria T) was outstanding. The reason for the 4 start rating is the smell on the east side of the restaurant. It smelled like someone peed on the carpet. We were not the only ones to notice the Oder. Suggest you get the carpet professionally cleaned ASAP
Was a good treat after not visiting in a while. Great service and attentive staff.
I have not been to this location in about a yearI have not been to this location in about a year. From what I could see and hasn't changed these and change decent service clean restaurant restaurant the food was good. They were busy and we had to wait 15 minutes to get a table for lunch. As usual I ate too much salad and bread sticks so I only have my lunch. Which is OK because I had the other half of the lunch the next day. Not a bad deal that's what you would expect from an Olive Garden pretty good location.
The restaurant has good service. The employees are friendly and anticipate customer needs. The manager at this facility is happier to accommodate requests. I didn’t like where the hostess sat us— and before I can say anything the manager read my face like a book and moved us to another table.The food is consistent with Olive Garden restaurant quality. No complaints there.The only constructive criticism I think I can give to the owner of this location is to rip up the rugs and put tile or hardwood floors. The restaurant does have a musty odor. I think fixing this will bring customers back home to your restaurant!

We come here often and have never been disappointed. Love the soup/salad and the service. Ate there about 2 weeks ago and our food was delicious. Our server was attentive. We're really glad this restaurant is near our home. Keep it up Olive Garden!?Oh, I've read comments about unpleasant odor and can't understand. We've never experienced that, not even in the restroom. ?♀️
We haven't been in years. And we went recently for eggplant parm pick up. By the time we got it home it was still crispy! So good! It was absolutely perfect. It was a huge portion. Their breads are a hit or miss. Some are on the dry burnt side or some are perfection!
Came here last night extremely disappointed with the restaurant. The one in Hialeah is way better. It was dirty the waiting couch had a big spill on it and it looked like no one bothered to clean it. My table wasn’t wiped down when I got there. The section where you enter the restaurant it’s like a little room, actually smelled like a public bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting. And nonetheless best for last I found a HAIR in my pasta and they really had to ask if I wanted another one???? It was dug in it. We ended up paying 55 dollars for I don’t even know what. Don’t even bother coming here. I added pictures of what smelled like a public bathroom, I didn’t manage to take a picture of the hair in my plate because I was so stunned definitely not returning here. Everyone complains about the smell in these reviews and no one has obviously done anything about it……. It smells like sewage. 4 stars???? Did you guys buy your stars or something
Loved it. Olive Garden has been my favorite restaurant for years now. They always outdo themselves when it comes to their service and food. I feel extremely comfortable in their neat and clean atmosphere. Their service is beyond amazing and honestly couldn't be better. They truly never fail and I can't wait to continue going for years to come. I highly recommend.
