I was so dissapointed tonight!!I had requested cupcakes customized from the Pines Location on Uber Eats and an employee had me on hold while calling her manager to ask if it was ok to sell me a customized cupcake box. I am in the middle of studying and I purchase from this location often. I cant believe the manager wasn't present in the store to assist me. And I was so dissapointed she didn't want to help me. On top of all that, she cancelled my order after I called politely. This situation was a disaster for me.
Courteous staff. Misha’s Cakes and Cupcakes always taste delicious.Our online orders are always ready when we come for pickup.We’ve been ordering for there for the past 6 years, and they’ve never disappointed us.
It would be great if you go tu buy a cup cake amd there have some … empty store you can pick 4 flavors but don’t you dare think you are going to choose between small and big ones. You only sell one thing and you don’t have it. Very disappointing

Absolutely horrible customer service. They were supposed to be open but the person who greeted me told me, rudely, that they were closed. No sign on the door, nothing. Kinda over them now.

??Decided to buy from Mishas for a special birthday celebration and was told that since I arrived at the store after 6pm (6:55pm) on a Thursday, I could not place an order for a Saturday event due to their new 48hour policy. When I asked if she would make an exception because I was unaware of the policy I was told no and to have a good night!!! Businesses are closing left and right but I guess Misha has gotten too big for her britches and can afford to turn away $$$$$ and any chance of future business! Unbelievable!! This was at the Pembroke Pines location
If you’re placing an order for a special event don’t risk it! I placed an online order 2 weeks in advance for them to tell me the day of that the order was at the wrong location. I even called to confirm because I never received a confirmation email. Trying to get a refund was a mission in itself when both stores kept saying the other should issue the refund smh. Also, good luck trying to get someone on the phone, I called multiple time before getting someone on the line

Wrong order!! They forgot to order the cake for my daughter’s birthday. Luckily the girl had an extra cake, not the flavor we wanted but at least we got a cake. They staff felt bad but it’s still bad business
