This is the first time that I ordered catering at Miami Grill, and I will totally recommend it to family and friends. The manager JC and Robert were beyond attentive. They tried their best to accommodate my order and make sure I was getting what I needed. The food was really tasty, fresh and everything was delivered as ordered. If you are hosting a party or brunch at home, make sure you check them out!
The worse location ever there’s like ten employees in the kitchen and still can’t get anything correct. Lettuce and tomatoes are always welted and taste disgusting they never clean there soda machines must never get cleaned cause the soda taste like crap.
I am visiting from another state, it was late and I stopped to get something to eat. The food was horrible, the wings was full of oil, yet it was old and undercooked, the things were to be included in my order wasn’t, and the hamburger didn’t taste good, my son wanted only ketchup and got everything on it but the ketchup and the whole time I was trying to order I was being RUSHED but my order was wrong. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I would rather buy and cook my own food at 9:30 at night than to ever trust this place again.
Good food/service although it took a little while to get. The staff was pleasant.
Was a little hesitant to go here because they are remodeling and it looks pretty sketchy. We ordered the gyro platters. And seriously, so much food!!! It would be 5 stars but for some reason the put the pita under all the meat. Also for all the meat they give you, you only get the sauce. But honestly the food was amazing especially for a drive through. The fry’s were super good also. They give you a nice salad with the platter. Definitely worth it!!!
Wonderful, the cashier was good at her job. She took time out to get the order correct. I wish I would have got her name.
Been living in pines for 25 yrs. This was my favorite Miami subs location. Unfortunately I have to find a new one. They gave me my 13.00 chicken platter order in a styrofoam Togo container. Barely a small fries and a few pieces of lettuce. Not the usual filling portion. Extremely disappointed.
Mahi is always really dry. The other pembroke pines location is better ?
If you are ever visiting this location please please please ask for Sarah or hope she’s working! She was a pleasure to come in counter with and made sure everything I needed from extra napkins, ketchup and everything was added into my meal. Shes a blessing and just know if Sarah is working your needs with 1000% be met!!! Thank you management!
I visit almost exclusively via drive thru late at night but the vibe at this particular location is great. The cashiers I've spoken to are so sweet and funny, the staff seems to be enjoying themselves while also being relatively quick, and the food never misses. Also Miami Subs fries are THEE best idc about literally any other joint. Stop sleeping on them!!!
