I live extremely close to this location, so I come here very often. Every single time I have been here, I have always had such kind people serving me. Always being so polite and sweet, never fails even if I get a different person every time. It honestly surprises me every time because I’m used to getting attitude from fast food places, which I don’t blame but wow I just love this location and the food is always great. Whoever is management is doing something right.
Ordered half of turkey sub. No peppers no onions. All I got was a piece of bread with cheese and salami... which I don't eat. Called the store to complain..they pick up phone and hang up immediately three times. 13 dollars for a piece of bread cheese and salami.... sorry excuse for a restaurant. They just lost a customer. And will spread the word on how they run the place.
This place is really GHETTO, to the cashier Down to the Manager. Asked can I removed a drink, made it seem I wanted to cancel my whole order while I just wanted to remove a drink from my order. Manager had an attitude as soon as she approached the window. Asked me “what’s the problem” with an attitude. The situation was not even a big deal. Why worked there if you just gonna catch an attitude with customers.plus they forgot the sauce that was supposed to come with my order. Do Better!
This is very odd. I don't remember leaving a one star review of this particular branch. In fact i love coming to this store. Sorry for the apparent rating i may have gave it. Though i can say last time i was there one of the staff members seemed annoyed when i said they forgot my drink. But i get it. Some people have off days.
This place is getting worse by the minute. It's completely ghetto. They let anyone work there, constantly getting orders wrong, everytime I go they're more focused on gossiping and cursing loud then getting my order right. Today my sandwich tasted disgusting, didn't even taste like Miami Grill. I'm just over it and will drive further to not have to deal with constant disappointment.
The Food was not that fresh but the Service was fine
It was closed inside no sign , sandwich was not the best. Fries tasted like old oil and were way over cooked
Went the first time for the wrong order, went back and got my original order of naked wings and fires. The chicken could be seasoned a little better, but the naked wings is much better than the fatty breaded crispy wings. I would definitely reccoemnd getting naked or grilled wings at Miami grill. The fries are greasy as well. The fruit punch was ok.
Great an family type customer service. Their long hours have saved this nurse when doing 16 hours shifts during COVID-19 season. THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME from hunger??
The gyro meat was burnt and the tzatziki was practically non-existent even though I asked for extra. You are getting g 2 stars only because the staff member at register tonight and taking orders was great.
