Don't go to this Macdonald unless you eat inside and see if your order was accurately filled. Again tonight, they didn't include chicken nugget dipping sauce with our takeout granddaughters' Happy Meals. Plus they didn't include the deluxe (lettuce & tomato) quarter pound cheeseburger I paid for. Unless you empty the Happy Meal boxes and sack of food they hand you (while other customers wait behind you), you don't know how bad their service was until you get home several miles away and discover their mistakes. I'll try mightily to resist the granddaughters' request next time and go elsewhere.
I’m in line ordering at the drive through. Nothing the woman said to me remotely indicated they were out of something until she started yelling at me through the loudspeaker. Obviously, I exited the line. I don’t need to pay my money to have you yell at me. McDonald’s seems to consistently have rude staff. Sadly, I know from experience! It was raining hard and you were there. It seemed convenient. Well, that is not what I call convenient. That was most definitely RUDE! It makes me think it must be an awful place to work if you have so many miserable people working for you. This was going on way before the pandemic and staffing issues. McDonald’s I’m laying this at your doorstep! You are responsible for your rude staff. Step it up already. Now where is the closest Burger King? Wendy’s? Arby’s? Checker’s? So many alternatives! So much time!
I'm typically not a Mc Donald's eater but happend to be hungry at the time and decided to grab something Fish Filet meal with fries. It was so so good definitely recommend and definitely will Revisit.
Service needs to be improved, but I got my sauces so I’m happy!
Had the best experience here today. I’d like to preface this by saying you normally receive either subpar or terrible customer service at most fast food restaurants in the area. I was pleasantly surprised when a lovely woman named Ann took my order today and was incredibly polite and professional. I loved her sweet and kind disposition. Long story short, wow, I’m impressed. It’s so nice to be treated with appreciation and kindness as a customer. You are the MVP Ann!
Literally have never gotten an order back correctly, I live across the street and have to actively avoid them bc it's a bigger waste of time to choose them. This has been an ongoing problem for YEARS. I swear I have simple orders. Dont get me started on their bug issues. Found one in my fries. I'll leave it at that.
Terrible service. Ordered a shamrock shake in the drive through. First they gave the order to the wrong person and, once returned after realizing it wasn’t their drink, tried to give it to me (while we’re in a global pandemic??). Then, when requested to make a new one, they didn’t shake the mixture. I asked whether it was supposed to be an actual milkshake or just vanilla ice cream with green liquid at the bottom, and they said that’s how it’s supposed to look (not like the picture or any previous shamrock shake I’ve had). Had to go home and stir it up because it tasted exactly how you’d expect, a sip of straight up vanilla ice cream or a sip of straight up flavoring. Not a great time. If I could give ZERO stars I would .
I ordered a hot fudge sundae. McDonald's usually has tasty soft serve ice cream. Well I guess that was before the pandemic. This ice cream tasted terrible. The fudge didn't help make it better. Yuck!
If you want what you ordered, forget this place! Even if you place your order on their new electronic flat panel order menu. Thing was, screen said, “we will deliver order to your table.” Fine with me I was using a cane. I waited. Had to walk back to the counter to ask for help (cane, purse, file folder and small shopping bag.) Ordered a Medium combo with a Dr. Pepper, got a SMALL Coke instead! I drank it but told who I thought was the Manager. He picked up a Medium Dr. Pepper, and offered it to me. I refused, suspecting it was the one from MY order, sitting on the counter, ice melting. No, thank you. If this guy is running things, good luck! Star is because it was clean.
I really wish they would take a little more pride in doing a good job. I understand it’s fast food but that don’t negate quality. This location has consistently gotten my orders wrong and when they do get it right, they’re sloppy at putting the sandwiches together or the fries are undercooked. If I was a franchise owner, I would make sure that my employees were held to higher standards. It’s not that hard to put a burger together where the condiments aren’t falling out the side or the cheese isn’t falling off the burger. Do better!!!
