As a local of the area, and regular going, this McDonald's is a 3 stars due to the fact that there orders are regularly messed up, and customer service is not great (Note: Managers aren't good, the regular employees are hard workers) but they usually mess up orders, regularly leave you at the drive through waiting and give a poor excuse like "Oh, I'm sorry usually people like to wait before they order", even though they kept taking orders from the 2nd order machine. But I love McDonald's and the workers (not managers) are what make it a 3 stars. If your not a local then this is 4 starts, recommended.
Horrible…. I had an Uber pick up an order for me and they refused to assign anything to the Uber and disputed that they “never received my order” after a long day omg this McDonald’s is extremely pathetic I even called they refused to answer and explain for their mischief, if you honestly love yourself enough you would avoid this McDonald’s at any cost at this point I don’t even mind driving an extra 5 mins to the other McDonald’s. Whoever worked on April 30, 2022 at around 11-1AM you’re complete trash
Very difficult to order my food. You have to order yourself by the computers and, if you need to ask a question and change the order, there’s no one to help you. When they talk to you, you can feel the attitude
Waited for 15 minutes and they didnt even put in my order. when i got my food it was all soggy and bland. never going again.
Not sure what is going on with this McD, but the fries are under cooked every single time lately. Please check your fryer. And for God's sake at least give the cheese time to melt before wrapping up the burgers. I should not have to go home and re-heat my food every time.
Rough wait time
This McDonalds has some horrible employees. They do not know what they are doing. I went at about 11:30 pm to get a Oreo McFlurry and the lady gives me a sundae instead. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I went with my sister at around the same time and they messed up our order then as well. I kept telling the lady no whip cream on the vanilla shake and she kept giving me whipped cream. I am not sure if they are lazy or don't know what the hell they are doing. It is annoying, if you don't like working at McDonalds get another job then.
Terrible customer service. Came here to pickup an order and waited for almost 20 mins before I was acknowledged. The dining room was completely empty, except for 2 people that were already eating. 3 people behind me waiting for an order as well.I flag the older female lady manager (Indu accent), that I had an order. After quickly looking through their screen, she's says there isn't any order under that name. I showed her the order on my phone with the order number, and all she could tell me is that probably came in after breakfast time "11AM". The order went in at 10:45 AM and I literally got there in less than 5 mins. She didn't help me, or neither the customer I was picking up the order for. I'll avoid this place like a plague
worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. so mean and slow. They gave my order to someone else and didn’t do anything about it. They didn’t care about the orders bc they gave it to people who didn’t even order what they did. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt this one was necessary because of how disorganized and unprofessional it was. The manager was messy and yelled at the employees she told me she didn’t have my order and that someone else got it and didn’t do anything about it and didn’t care about the customers. It also took them 20 minutes to tell me my order was taken by someone else.
how does this place have a 3.4 rating could be called "an amazing story" because this place , and i know the place for 26 years..!!!!! is the kind of place that gets worse with time , by the hour, by the minute...........the worrd for this place is SHAMEFULL..!!!! and the worst part is that the managers and the owner dont care a zip about it......i could tell storis about this place that will make y PUKE.......AND OF COURSE , some of the other MD around the area are owned by the same non caring person....
