As someone who has been a manager in retail and currently I work in food service to speak to a customer the way the GM of this location speaks to their patrons is revolting. No matter how small or big a customer’s concern for your product deserves your full attention, empathy and information to help them feel more comfortable. Fire the GM if you want to stay in business because no one with a brain would support an establishment that allows employees to speak to the customers in a rude manner. Just remember customers spending money puts money on your paycheck. Do better
Food is good and fresh. But Brenda makes the visit worthwhile. We love that she remembers us and always takes time to talk with us. It makes it less if a deli and more like family. Thank you, Brenda for being wonderful. See you soon.
Love it here! Lots of seating, friendly staff, delicious affordable food served in good portions. Wish there was a location closer to my residence but I’d happily make the trip to this one.
Best casual dining experience in Pembroke Pines and surrounding area. Outstanding friendly, accommodating and caring staff. When you enter the restaurant you are welcomed as family and friends. Get to know everyone's names and staff gets to know yours. Fabulous fresh and high quality food at low menu prices.
Went with my daughter and we each had soup & half sandwiches. They were huge! super tasty and fresh. The chicken fajita soup (I think that was the name) was outstanding. Staff is very pleasant.
Best customer service, gentleman with headband running like it's his business. Good food, pick 2 let's you try different menu items. Refill drinks to go after your meal. Clean as well.
Friendly inviting atmosphere, Ovel, Chris and Clark are welcoming, attentive and provide exceptional customer service. Salads are a delectable mix of fresh ingredients providing an explosion of flavor! Definitely will become your go-to for salads, baked potatoes, sandwiches you name they’ve got it! Bon Appetite!
Delicious food, reasonably priced and big portions. Staff were all super friendly. Can’t wait to go back to try all their options. Wish they had a branch closer to boca I will definitely be going there everyday ??
I've been here about 5 times, tried a few different items. I really like the spicy southwest chicken sandwich. Also had the New Yorker and French Dip, both delish. The Chili was good, not great. I wasn't a fan of the macaroni (very mushy), potato soup was bland (longhorn has great potato soup!). They have a Rewards app, so that's always a plus for frequent diners! All in all I still give it 4 stars, definitely recommend!
The selection is large to choose from so you can pick and match to your pallet. Customer service was helpful. We will return. Tasty soup and sandwiches.
