We order from Marcos at least once every two weeks. As of tonight we will never order from them again. We called at around 8:pm and spoke to the manager who was very hard to understand due to a strong accent. We ordered cheese a bread that was not over cooked. Around 40 minutes later the pizza was delivered. The pizza was good but the bread was burnt. We called back he said it would be replaced with a new one. 9:45 they bring my money after I called very angry. I got my 30.00 back but still hungry. Scrambled eggs for my tonight.
Soo, here I am tired from working all day I decided to order my kids pizza for dinner. I placed my order online @8. I got an estimated time of 53 minutes. I looked at the tracker it said 8:45 and then it updated to 8:55. Around 9:04 I called the restaurant because the tracker said it was still being prepared. The guy that answered the phone tells me the driver would be to me in 5 minutes. So @9:20 of course no driver and after checking the app it said the pizza was delivered which was not true I called back only for the guy on the phone who told me he was the manager tells me he’s on his way and there’s nothing he can do about it. I am literally standing outside because my kids are hungry and I am now asking for him to call the driver which he refuses and then proceeds to hang up on me after I ask him for a refund for my inconvenience. FINALLY the driver shows at 9:30 and he tells me it’s still hot smh it wasn’t, it was actually cold and I called the manager back (Who’s name is Alejandro) to let him know that I not only didn’t get all that I ordered but i also received a pizza that didn’t belong to me. By this time he’s telling me he cancelled my order to refund my money and he was hanging up. He was by far the rudest person I have dealt with at this location.. The service is terrible and it’s only courtesy to try and help your customers not hang up on them because your frustrated.. I’d rather order from Little Ceasers. NEVER AGAIN ????????
My wife brought home and me lover's Pizza bowl and a half cheese and half, pepperoni pizza with the butter garlic sauce and it is the best tasting Pizza by far and I'm from Brooklyn and it reminded me of home!
Denied our delivery because Edwardo the manager claims he can’t handle the amount of orders and our delivery because we located on Pembroke Rd and it would take too long - weird because we often support this business.. never heard a employee so awkward n unwilling. I even told him we would wait .(our crossroad is Pembroke Pines we are a local business that has been open over 30 years)

Being my first time here at Marco's Pizza, I asked for the take-out menu. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't sell cheese slices, but they had other things such as a variety of pizzas, pizza bowls, subs, sides, salads, beverages, desserts, and calzones. I didn't want a whole pizza. I just wanted something small to subdue my hunger. I decided to order an all meat calzone. Wait time was 20 minutes, so I told the employees that I was going to the nearby supermarket and I would come back.My order was ready by the time I returned. The calzone was thick and baked to a nice golden brown. It was filled with pepperoni, ham, sausage, bacon bits, and cheese; served with a side of marinara sauce. It definitely hit the spot. I even signed up with their email club to receive exclusive offers. They sent me a coupon for $3 off my next order so you know I'll be back soon.
Thank you Eduardo for going above and beyond for an order I placed for my mother. My mother had trouble placing an order so I did it for her and the service I received was amazing. Great service!!
I came at 935 and they were already close even though they were supposed to be closed at 10 very mean and had a attitude about it they also messed up my order a previous time. Staff very rude but the food is good.
I ordered pizza for Delivery at 7:30 pm, called at 7:50 and was told by Michelle that they only have 1 driver and it will arrive when it arrives.Received the pizza at 8:00 pm and it was cold, called back to speak with the manager and Michelle tells me there is no manager tonight and I have to call back tomorrow after 2:00 pm to speak with a manager.I will no longer be ordering from this location or any other Marco’s Pizza. The location I ordered from is on Palm Ave and Johnson St in Pembroke Pines Fl!!
Always loved this place but lately the service has declined. Friday around 8:00pm I called and when I told the man who was going to take my order that it was delivery he hung up on me. I called back and another man answered and when I said delivery he said they were not taking any more orders. Really? On a Friday night? I found that to be very strange.
