Our experience with this establishment has always been great from the very first order we placed. The food is very tasty and delicious and always cooked fresh. Definitely one of our favorite spots.
I’m going to be brutally honest here. This has happened once before and I let it slide, because I like this place. But twice is one too many times. (Picture) this is NOT enough fries, especially when this Hawaiian hamburger costs $14.25. Our bill came out to $46.27. That’s enough to eat at a decent restaurant. And you’re gonna tell me that’s all we get? Come on now. Do not short change people on something that doesn’t cost you more than a few more cents to put on the plate. You tell me if you would be happy being short changed on fries.
You can come here if you want to get yourself a cold a** quesadilla , place is super understaffed only 2 waiters working in a Saturday night. :(
Needs better customer service. Called and tried to order through the phone. I repeated my order 3 times 3 times!! each time she ( Marta) repeated the order she had it wrong. I told her one last time and she said ok and hanged up. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, it was wrong and I told her and she said that it would take 15mins to make one regular hot dog. Unbelievable! I asked if there was anyone that spoke or understood English and she said no. I was in a hurry so I just payed and took the order. Los verdes needs employees who at least understands English. This experience was not professional at all.
Worst service ever. Don’t order delivery from this place if you’re hungry because the food will never get there. I’ve had 2 bad experiences with them and that was enough for me. The food is alright but the staff is horrible! They do not prioritize deliveries and if the orders come, they come all wrong. They use their own delivery people and not UberEats drivers. If you have a problem good luck getting them on the phone because they never pick up. I wanted to like this place because the food is decent but at this point I’m convinced that they’re just trying to steal money from people because most of the people who buy from them late at night are drunk.
I'm a regular client , and I know how the quesadillas are prepared, and in this occasion the didn't put any meat at all , and was supposed to have everything on it, also the bacon was uncooked and the didn't have any solution . Needs better customer service .
One of my favorites place to eat “tequeños” … I’m venezuelan and the tequeños are a traditional dish for us… so, I’m a expert on this delicious option from Los Verdes… the services and Their staff are great, Los Verdes offers more than good food!!!!
Went there for dinner. Marianna was an EXCELLENT SERVER. She helped us with our meal choices, she was very attentive to our table & there was a very short wait time for our food. This is a quaint family-friendly restaurant. ?? best quesadillas I've ever had.
Worst place to spend your money on, food is always missing something, extreme poor customer service and management !!!This place don’t care about customers, every time I order it’s a hard time because employees are really rude.After getting food with staples inside, missing ingredients, sauces I always kept ordering because it’s close to my house and the hours are convenient until today when the manager Yudy and some employee were super rude and never placed my order after giving me the hardest time over the phone, same employee I have had issues before because it’s extremely rude and lies about store policies just to have an excuse to give customers a hard time.From eating almost every day here I will never order again from this place.Sadly the food is good but it’s not worth the stress the people that works there make you go through.
