I thought hell had frozen over. First time this place had a pizza ready once I arrived. With all the excitement I went home 15 min away, and placed the box on the table about to dig in to only find out the pizza was as hard as a rock! Had to drive 15 minutes back and wait an additional 30 minutes for my pizza. WORST PLACE EVER!
Horrible service, Horrible pizza. Jonathan has a STINK attitude. Didn't want to refund my payment and didn't want to remake the order. This had no tomato sauce like I asked when I made the order. If I wanted cheese and bread alone I wouldn't have spent money for it here. It was HORRIBLE.
Horrible management food order are behind and she is the back talking with a person who is not an employee. Also she's eating and walking around instead of helping her employee make the Pizza
This locations has a habit of not only bumping orders to the bottom of the queue if they feel the order isn't important enough but they will lie to your face about the status of your order and how much long your order will take. They have done this numerous times. And of course the only people who work there are high school students who could care less about the work they do and a Cuban woman as their manage that cares just as less. Do yourself the favor and order pizza elsewhere.
No hot n ready waited 15 min to be helped because the older Cuban lady was texting on her phone and then had to wait for her to go use the restroom before she goes to make my food then make the people that came in after me food first so I was there for 45 min and when I got there was a empty place that I should have been in and out
Today, I waited for 15+ minutes at the counter to place my order at this Pembroke Pines location (Taft st & Douglas Road) and it never happened. Two employees came from the back to give waiting customers their orders. Both looked at me, as I waited at the counter, then returned to the back...never taking my order. This was my second attempt of buying pizza from Little Ceasars. So I went out of my way to go to the Pembroke Pines location on Taft & Douglas Road. The first location had no change....smh! Thank you Little Ceasars for that wonderful customer service. Off to Dominos I go!
This is the worst experience ever, this place is run by a bunch of high schoolers who dont know what they are doing. Preordered online 30 min before getting to the place. Once there another 30 minutes. You can see the guys on the back playing with their phones and moving as slow as like the pink panther, this is ridiculous. Asked how long they reply, as long as it takes. Place is empty which even worst.

Pizza was good big wait though this little Caesars is jumping. It was worth it. Very affordable pizza that doesn't taste bad. I'll be back.
Horrible!!! I ordered a pizza for my son only for it be old and cold I got home my son and daughter took a slice it was so hard it can break a window. I didn't add the slices back in being that COVID and being considered of other people I did not incorporate back in the box. I took the pizza back to the location and the cashier/ manager Johnathon was so rude, I asked for a refund/exchange and he said no 2 slice was missing. I left the box on the counter and told him to shovel it up hos behind and he replied he surely will, I will never patronize their franchise again. Their was no supervisor, no corporate number, no one to oversee night crew. Wow way to go.
