Dropped by for a Passion Fruit Green Tea and it was great. This place is large and offers food as well. Tables indoor at available.Large selection of bubble tea is available for your choosing. I will definitely come back here to fix my crave.
I have been a loyal customer since they only had one location in the West fork plaza. Back then their menu had no food items in it. Now they expanded to another side of the plaza by the theater where Marcos pizza use to be. They have also added menu items such as fries, poke bowls, gyozas etc. The owners are super friendly so is there staff.
Lovely environment, friendly staff, 5/5. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of their menu out! I got the Mangonada which was absolutely delicious.
This place started off so great. I get the poke bowls all the time and they are really skimping on the toppings now. Three small pieces of chicken in a $12 bowl?? Not even half a protein serving. They pack the bowl with rice and barely anything else. Very disappointing.
They refused a coupon with their name, address and expiration date of Dec 2022. I went in and purchased 5 teas. I'm not sure why,but the owner just said no. Seriously?? $5 off wasn't going to hurt them,they are constantly packed. Terrible customer service.
Pathetic. Not sure how these people are in business. Walked in around 10:45pm. We were with our kids and wanted to order 4 roll ups.The girl at the registered said that she can only make 2 orders, since it was almost time to close and that we would have to tip her to make the other 2 since the owners wouldn’t pay her after 11pm. I didn’t want to say anything until they made the 2 orders, so the kids could have their ice cream. Then I approached a man and a woman, who were behind the counter whispering into each other’s ear and asked them if they were the owners. They replied “Yes”. So I asked them how they would allow their employee to say such a thing in their presence and their response was “Im sorry”. They did not say anything to the employee and did not offer to make the rest of the order. We will never come here again and will certainly tell this story to our family and friends.
This is by far the best rolled ice cream I have ever had! The boba tea is great quality teas, and they also serve a shaved ice cream, which is Taiwanese! The texture is fantastic! The place is clean, and the service is fast and friendly! Great cuantity and quality!
Drinks are ok but the customer service is lacking the cashier left us hanging, if the manager didn't take over we would still be standing there. And for a place that serves drinks it should have been cleaner over all I have been to better places with way better services and drinks.
5/5 best poke bowls ever!! So delicious and fresh, excellent value for price. I stopped here while driving through Miami, too bad I don’t live close otherwise I’d be here all the time!
First time here and the employees were very helpful and friendly. It is a very friendly and welcoming environment. We had ordered the snow cream, mango and lychee and the rolled ice cream cuban s'mores; in addition to a passion fruit green tea, all of which were very yummy. The bobas are excellent, not the cheap kind. Love all the post it's on the wall, super cute and original idea. They also have another location near the regal theaters that offer a larger variety of foods to try!
