The manager on duty was so nice and very helpful. He gave me the best deal for my meals. There is a way to make it cheaper, by ordering a regular price meal and then just add a drínk for $1 dollar. The only reason I didn't give it 5 star's is the drum sticks were very puny, besides that everything else was fine.
Arrived on May 30th 8pm, seen rats around establishment. The chicken was old and dry, and a long wait time. I recommend another kfc this ain't it. Signage was cracked
I'm at a loss of words. Worst kfc I have ever been to. Tear the place down already, it's taking up space in such a nice plaza. They must be deleting and faking reviews because there's no way this place is rated above 2 stars.
The worst drive thru fast food establishment that I have ever been to in my life. Horrible service, filthy/old establishment, and expect to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru. Employees seem to be on the brink of ending it all. They most likely have a garbage manager. No wonder they always got a hiring employees sign outside. L + ratio
Terrible customer service! Ordered online for 9:45 pm. Got my order 30 minutes later. Everything cold. Not one single sauce (I was supposed to have FOUR). Not the first time. Good-bye KFC, Hello Chick-fil-A!
Horrible customer service. I got my food and everything was wrong. And there was a black curly hair in my fries ! What is that ?!?!? I had to take pictures and post them here. Hopefully this won’t happen again to anyone else !
If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service experience that I have ever had. The “manager” Kinsley is unprofessional, and needs to be trained properly. Thanks to her I will never go to another KFC again.
I LOVE tacos, especially Taco Bell's tacos. Since Covid-19, sadly, I eat my tacos in the car in the parking lot. They never seem to survive the ride home. I don't like to use the kiosk so, we went thru the drive-thru. This day, for brunch, I ordered 3 crunchy beef tacos supreme & 1 soft steak taco supreme. These are my go-to tacos. The tacos from this split joint were fully stuffed & absolutely delicious. There's a Taco Bell just up the road from me, but, in the future, I may just take the longer ride to Pines Blvd. & get the stuffed tacos. YUM!!!
Every single time I go to this KFC they screw up the order! No matter how slow and specific I speak to them, they still manage to mess it up. One more thing, KFC CORPORATE, how about moving the menu on the drive through so that people actually see it before they get to the microphone area!? Going to another KFC is not the solution, FIX this one.
Horrible is the only word I can use to describe this place that’s not even worthy of being titled KFC. There is obviously no management in place. The dining room is closed so the only option at the time was drive thru. The person at the drive through has no business at a busy drive because he’s confused, does not completely take your order before he’s going back and fourth to someone else and then expects you to start over with your order. I called while in the driveway and supposedly spoke to a female voice who said she was the manager but by the time I got to the window 27 minutes after I pulled into the drive through the guy was trying to guess what my order was even after I told him he never completely took my order at which time I let him know about my experience with him and he started calling for someone named Mike. Obviously “mike” is no kind of manager either. I hope this review finds its way to the corporate office because it’s clear they’re not trying to manage this place either. Shut it down!
