Love the sandwiches they make by the time I get to the other end of the counter the food is already prepared.

This is the best restaurant I ever had the sandwiches are amazing especially the #12 Beach Club. The employees are amazing they are very kind and energetic. They are very friendly and will do whatever they can to help you with all your needs. The environment is very welcoming. The staff is amazing especially the Manager Luis, Assistant Manager Bola. You will have a great experience. Amazing customer service.
place was dead. employees were working diligently. so it seems. no greetings when we walked into the store and we stood at the cashier for a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. there was 3 people behind the counter less than 10 feet away from me and didn't utter a word nor did they look my way. cashier was friendly, but you can tell this group of people do not want to be working or find joy in customer service. awkward experience.
Don’t ever let your Child work for this company the manager Bola is rude and disrespectful and she intimidates and mistreats children. I am opening up a Child Protective Services Investigation on their treatment towards minors. The store owner Kelly doesn’t care about how his staff treats people he doesn’t try to resolve conflict appears like he thinks everybody is starving for a 10 dollar an hour job and clearly doesn’t want to accept accountability for his staff. Trash store, Trash staff and Trash Owner. You do not want to patronize this establishment..
I spent $30.00 on 2 sandwich combos. I specifically req'd xtra mayo on one. When I rcvd the delivery, BONE DRY! I called, explained the issue w/2 employees, &waited on hold for 6+ mins b/4 Louis came to the phone. Useless & Rude. So, I ended up going to the store to have it corrected. The so-called mgr(Luis) never addr'd me or my problem. If it wasn't for Lola, they'd get ZERO?
It used to be great but this is the second time that my food has not been delivered. I’ve been calling this location for the past hour 10 times and I have not been answered. The first time that I had this issue, like a month ago, I called and a Jimmy John’s representative told me that my food was delivered to someone else and to check with my neighbor, like COVID is not a “thing”. Then they said it was given to a white lady on the other side of the road. At first they didn’t want to give me back my money or deliver the food again. But I insisted since it was not my fault and they were able to deliver it. This time I went to my neighbors to confirm to see if they made the same mistake but it was actually a black lady who opened the door. Like seriously I always order from this location and never had complaints until now. Really poor customer service. They have definitely lost me as their client.

I had to put one star otherwise you are not able to review at all! This has to be one of the worst fast food places I have ever been to. I placed an order in the App for pickup, paid upfront, received confirmation of the order and even a notification that my order was ready for pickup. When I showed up to the place, the restaurant was closed and the staff was inside cleaning. I asked for my order but they provided no information arguing their system was already shut down, that I had to come back the next day for a refund. I asked for the manager, Dave is his name, who was ignoring my request and hiding, until he finally showed to tell me that I had to call the next day to get this sorted out. He closed the drive through window and went back inside the store. I drove around to the main entrance to try to get something in writing so I could clam my refund, and the same Manager Dave, threaten to call the police if I did not leave. His language was profane and kept insulting. I am never ever buying from this Jimmy John’s location. Looking at other reviews, it appears this is not the first time for terrible & disrespect service. It’s disappointing & unfortunate that a well known chain such as Jimmy John’s has places like this in their chain.
Don’t buy from here delivery guy almost ran my father and I over and was nasty. Manager told to call corporate when I called to complain. Rude. Nasty people here. Sty away from here.
