Absolutely lousy service. I stood waiting for 20 minutes and no one came up front to welcome me to the restaurant and ask me to be seated.
I walked in me and my family and we had to leave because the smell of the dirty carpet was so overwhelming .I honestly don’t know how people can eat in with that smell.
Location has random inconsistent hours, called to make an order, someone answered, was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. Younger me would go make a scene but grown professional me wants the employee working today at 12am to be fired. I will continuely bash this place until then
Needs to be remodeled, food was consistent with any other IHOP just the stains on the ceiling tile make the place look somewhat dirty.
Worst service ever! Waited for almost an hour for the waiter to bring our food and when he did bring it, it was cold. On top of that the never brought us silverware so when I asked for it, the waiter brought me the to-go plastic knife and fork. So I guess I’m supposed to stir my coffee with a plastic knife????!!! I will not be returning!
For pancake lovers, we went to IHOP for breakfast and the food was very tasty, both the pancakes and the omelettes, the service is good, Katie was very nice and friendly, the food was served quickly, the coffee was rich and hot, In general, a good experience. As for the place, it seemed that it could be in better conditions, the waiting time was approximately 15 minutes and the average price of the meal was $13 per person, considering that we had a double jug of coffee, the portions are enough.
they have new waitresses that barely speak English and almost broght the wrong order and for gets to bring parts of the order other then the new people they hired the place is good wend another time and they took care of me but as u. Can see the forgot a ham but the waitress took care of it quick and efficient

After working up an appetite at the LA Fitness across the street, I went to this restaurant for breakfast. I didn't have to wait long and was seated right away. This IHOP is definitely older and could use some refurbishing but overall it was clean. My lovely waitress, Enna, greeted me shortly after I was seated and within about 10 minutes I was served my order of the Spicy Poblano Omelette with pancakes. When Enna came to check on me to see how I was enjoying my meal, I told her my pancakes were cold. She immediately took them away and brought out a fresh batch. Everything was delicious. After breakfast, I stored my leftovers in to-go containers and told Enna to not clean my table as I was going to the bathroom and no one would be seated at the table. So you can imagine my disappointment when I noticed my table was cleaned and my leftovers were gone once I went back. I mentioned it to Enna who told her manager Kathy. Kathy apologized for the situation and quickly had my order remade to take home. I was extremely grateful for their excellent customer service and would dine here again.
Even though it wasn't a 5 star service, I also understand that they were short staffed, my server was nice, my food was ok, again the staff comes into play, it was clean and didn't wait too long to be seated, plenty of parking and the price good.
