This is the best IHOP franchise in the whole city of Pembroke Pines. We came down here to visit my family for a week and every late night we would dine in at this local place for a late night munch. Would always be greeted by the guy who worked there. From food all the way to the service provided, this place is excellent. Much cheers to the main guy working there and also one of the cooks. Will be back here December when I come back in the town!
I love ihop. They are very consistent and the service is always good, at least in Florida. This meal was my first time ordering from the 55 and over menu. Even though I'm actually a couple of years past that. I just never got around to doing that here or anywhere else. The server's name was Ella. She was a nice lady. So I got that out of my system and I guess now I'll join AARP or something. But seriously, it's a nice little IHOP and every time we just want something to eat without having to fuss. It's a nice place to go.

For me, Always a good place for breakfast. I live very close, and I go to this place all the time. Never had any uncomfortable situation there, food is good, service excellent, experience great. Thank you guys… great job!!!
Ohh lord, I got so much to say about this location today But I don’t want to spend my birthday writing this. The delay is crazy. We have waited for about 30 minutes for only lemonade. When they brought the lemonade it was watery so we had to ask for an exchange, the next lemonades they brought had no Ice. I was not this only one unhappy with this service everyone around us is complaining of this awful service, we have ordered our food about an hour ago and we are still waiting for it. I wish whoever runs this place sees whats going on here today because this is a disaster. Ihop is my favorite place to eat so I know what good service is. I am definitely not coming again to this location.
I am quite upset with this I hop as they have advertised all you can eat pancakes all day. However, when I arrived I was appalled to hear that the all you can eat pancakes only lasted until 8 which is not what was advertised. I will not be returning to this location.Disrespectfully, Karen :)

Terrible customer service!!!! After being seated we waited nearly 30min for our waiter, who never came to our table but instead attended a customer next to to us who was just seated! After finally complaining we were moved to another table only to encounter the same experience, no one acknowledged us!!
Service was so bad. The waiter walked passed us numerous times, I finally asked for coffee as he was going pass us again. He proceeded to clean a table and the last straw was when he took the order of the people that came in after us. He was not busy, but extremely disorganized. We got up and left without ordering breakfast. I will never go there again.
