Nicely decorated restaurant interior.The staff was very attentive and kind. The portions of the seafood were really generous and tasted delicious!The staff was constantly there to assist with buckets for the seafood, wipes, gloves and napkins.It was really helpful and they also have great seafood combo deals on the menu.
I had an amazing time at this restaurant. I have been there twice (Mother’s Day) which was a quick service. Server was a little distracted but I understand it was a busy day. My second time was this sunday, the server we had was amazing and friendly. Food was delicious, I enjoyed it. The prices are high they should consider better price to have more customer’s. I would recommend this restaurant at all.
We went to the new “Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood & Bar” in West Broward on Saturday nite.It was a fun, tasty and entertaining experience. The ambiance & decor is legit and there was live entertainment!The restaurant features different Alaskan crabs & other shellfish “boil in-a-bag” meals with your choice of spices and butter! ? my Dungeness crab boil with corn on the cob and potatoes was delicious!Our waiter and the wait staff did a great job. And the GM came by to introduce himself and thank us for our business!!I highly recommend “Hook & Reel” Cajun Seafood & Bar!

I ordered catfish for lunch which is early in the day and it was fried in old oil. Also the catfish was so thin that each piece was all curled up, didn't even have enough meat for it to lay flat. This is NOT a place I would recommend.
Lavonne was the very best ! Great attitude and service and the food was just as good. Will be back again!

I was a bit sad because I ordered an alcoholic beverage and the description made it seem like it would have candy (?) But it didn't lol. I've been here a few times prior till tonight but this time I was here celebrating a birthday with a group of 13 and the owner/manager came out personally and brought us shots, this really stood out to me. She thanked us for choosing her establishment to celebrate the occasion and was something I didn't expect vut definitely appreciated. Those small things is what makes this crab place much better then its competitors. Thanks hook and reel for the amazing customer service and great food, we will be back.
It is nicely decorated. Staff is fantastic!!!!! Ordered soup, which was never brought to the table. They were waiting for bowls to finish in the dishwasher, there was barely any people there eating. Not much of a selection. You can not substitute any sides, but you can order more for an additional charge. Cool presentation of the food in the bag. Nothing is peeled, you are gonna work for that food.
