Consistency is ? when it comes to specialty drinks. I was a little disappointed with the Starbucks a few blocks down decided to try out this spot to satisfy my caffeine craving. OMG BY FAR THE BEST!!!!!! DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! love the brown sugar oolong milk tea with the black pearl Boba !!! another one that's a refresher is qq passionfruit green tea i try it out!
I have been to other Gong Cha stores before and this one just seemed like the product is a bit different. The boba was too soft for my liking. The staff was cordial and friendly.Just disappointing that it didn't match my expectations.
Very interesting menu, I like the drinks we ordered but should’ve gone with my gut and ordered a thai tea with cheese foam and tapioca pearls/boba but the workers convinced me to order from their top ten and I wasn’t absolutely wowed like I usually am from other boba places. We ended up trying Gong Cha bc our favorite boba place closes on Tuesdays and we totally forgot but I’m happy I tried it bc I love trying new places. Decor was cute too and the place was clean which is always a plus in my book. It’s worth trying out.
If you're craving authentic Boba tea, this is the place to visit. I had the Oolong tea with black Boba pearls, and it was delicious. They have various options of different pearls and teas. They have milk tea and water tea. They also have bubble waffles! We're definitely going to come here again!
I've heard of Gong Cha for so long. I was excited to stumble across one while running errands. The ladies working were very polite and helpful. I love that they had oatmilk. I drove a taro smoothie home (about 40 mins away), and it was still in tact! I wish I lived closer!
I have been a happy customer ever since they opened this location. But today I was very disappointed because the store run out of black pearls at 2pm! If your store specializes in these type of drinks they shouldn’t let that happen. So the gentleman in the cashier didn’t offer any solution or help knowing that we came for a boba tea. He just told us to get pearl boba instead and of course this option is more expensive!!!! This is just taking advantage of everything’. Again I left that store very disappointed. What out people… don’t let them take advantage!!!
One of the best Boba Tea shops nationally!!! Gong Cha is freaking awesome! So happy to discover this new location. That staff at this location are warm and friendly.
Best boba tea I’ve had in south Florida hands down!! & I’ve had a lot of boba tea ?The staff was super friendly & helpful, made great recommendations and they have an incredible & large menu selection.Highly recommend!!!(I had the winter melon with milk foam & it was incredible)
My son is obsessed! I should give you 1 star for taking all my money (j/k). The boba tea is yummy, better then a lot of places around town, and better priced. Lots of younger people working there who are always pleasant and helpful, unlike a lot of other places.
I have visited motto for tons of times. My favorite is the Mango in Kyoto drink. Yesterday I got this milk tea crepe cake. This is way better than my expectation. This is the cutest and best tasting crepe cake I've ever had. Thank you so much the Gong Cha team. You are killing it by always updating your amazing menu!
