I used to order on-line from this location during the pandemic. And never had an issue. However, this time, the baked potatoes tasted like they were done the day before. They were hard as a rock. The Caesar Salad came with no dressing and the cole slaw had so much dressing that it seemed like a cup of soup. Everything was disgusting. The only good thing were the ribs, at least my husband didn’t have a complaint about that. It is sad that a restaurant like this one doesn't provide a good service or assure quality control when orders are going out. I won’t order again from this place. Very bad experience. $60+ order that went to the trash.
When i tell you they NEVER answer their phones after 9:30pm you will be lucky. Especially being in the suburb you would think service would be top notch nope!!! I literally drove there & wanted to place a to go order & had to wait almost 20 min outside while literally there were no lines or any servers there. I had to go back & ask for help & didn't want to complain to a manager becuz we know how people can mess with your food so i didn't but after finally getting my food. I promised myself i would NEVER go back there for their lack of service
typical Flannigan's, long wait to get in, long wait to get what you ordered.ribs always awesome, I ordered the shrimp cajun pasta (first and last) nothing cajun about it and wayyyy to oily buttery.
This location used to be our go to location for Friday night family movie night take out but honestly since the change in management things have gone a little downhill. Things such as missing items from orders even the quality of food has seemed to have come down a little bit, I mean it's Flannigans so it's still good but they could do a little bit better at this point.Just an update we're here now and I gotta tell you this is no longer my favorite place we've been waiting almost a 1/2 hour for a side salad and a cup of soup.

Had a good first experience. Only issue was that the food came really late. Probably a good 40-45 mins after ordering. Wasn't even busy so I'm not sure what it was about. The food was good though. Waiter was good for the most part but left multiple times without taking something from table and didn't refill drinks as they should've been
I called before hand since I live in Hialeah gardens and it is not a close location. The representative who answered the call did not know the time the kitchen closed and first said 11:30PM later said oh no I’m sorry I meant 12:30PM. I arrived at 11:58PM JUST TO HEAR HER SAY WE ARE CLOSED? Like I just spoke to you and you mentioned 12:30pm the kitchen closed. It is very unfortunate the lack of customer service and whether or not it is the employees fault if the times have changed since Covid it should be updated on GOOGLE!I’m starving and wasted my gas and time.Thanks a lot !
