Always loved five guys as the food and milkshakes are to die for, but their online ordering system is complete trash. They WILL NOT make food to be ready to pick up. You come into the store, wait in line, ask for your food, THEN they will start making it... I would recommend five guys to remove the online ordering until they can make the food to be ready for pick up.
What a difference from one location to another, I had the worst experience at the location 110th in Pembroke Pines , today I went to 156th in Pines and had a fantastic experience from the girl that took my order to the guy that handed me my food. Whomever manages and trains the people in West Pines deserves a raise and a promotion. Fantastic experience at 156th and Pines Blvd. that location I will definitely return to.
It is your standard Five Guys establishment. The burgers are good and made-to-order. There is ample of their complimentary peanuts. The fries are decent. The wait times were average and the place is clean. The restaurant itself is conveniently located in the same plaza as a movie theater, clothing stores, a grocery store, a wholesale store, etc. It is pricey for burgers, but it is nice as an occasional treat.
Last night they got my order wrong. I called and Spoke to the manager Jordan who was supper apologetic and compassionate towards the issue. He offered me either a compensation meal or refund and of course I took the comp meal lol. When I arrived I was taken care of by Nick and Mimi and they were phenomenal! I just came in wanting to be compensated for the burger alone since I did eat the fries I had. But they hooked me up with the burger fries and a drink and I didn’t even have a drink ! Love this five guys! 5 stars guys! Thanks for your hospitality!
I am SO impressed at the level of efficiency (almost military like) in which this restaurant runs at. They work in perfect unison as a team behind the counter to get the orders out - it was actually entertaining to watch. Not to mention the food is absolutely!!!
Typically, I wouldn’t write a review, but I truly believe that the team at this Five Guys, Daniel, Jessie, and Nick, should all be recognized for their impeccable service. Before walking in, I stopped by a competitor burger place and the staff groaned and rolled their eyes when I wanted to order. This team was the exact opposite: from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, even though the restaurant was about to close. My order was taken with a smile on the face and prepared fresh. Each of the three were pleasant and friendly, and each showed a phenomenal work ethic. I will be returning soon in the hopes that this great experience can forever be matched. Thank you Daniel, Jessie, and Nick.
Every time I am at this location, the staff is what really makes my visit great, especially Zach! Everyone is always friendly and really helpful.
I was literally the only customer in there and they messed my order up they can’t blame it on being busy i asked for grilled onion pickles and A1 sauce and i literally had to stop them when i realized the burger they were making was mine with tomato sitting on top
Tasteless and rubbery! I watched the staff press/squeeze all of the juices out of the burger while grilling it. Who does that to a burger? Overpriced and over rated!
Fast service when using the app. Very good experience. In and out with top quality burgers. Can't ask for anything more.
