The service was amazing, Isabella our host was phenomenal the food like always was great, it was six of us my friends and kids we had a great time we called ahead for a table they honored it and they had our pizza waiting we loved it thank you guys we will be back like always been going there for years.
If I could give this place negative stars I would because they deserve it. By far the most unprofessional worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life by not only the employee but by the owner as well. Incapable of admitting that they were wrong. Try to push the fault and blame off on the customer and failed to correct their wrongs. I will never ever in my life buy here or recommend this place to anyone EVER!!! I will actually try and turn people away from the place. They do not deserve to be in business or deserve to have any customers with how poorly they run their establishment. STAY AWAY!!! Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else. These people will rob you.
Great place to have Pizza. Food is of good quality and the staff is as friendly as it gets. The young man that serves the tables is a bright spot. Kudos for having such great staff.
Was okay. Good in a pinch. Not the best thin crust pizza in SF but certainly not the worst. Price was good.
The pizza here was awesome! I felt bad because the person miss heard what I ordered, but immediately fixed it. The pizza was so good I wished I purchased both of the pies and taken the one that was in error. The wings were also amazing. Definitely check this place out!
They deserve negative stars. The worst customer service ever. I had to call the bank and dispute the transaction because they were refusing to refund me my money for a pizza that was never even delivered. They basically tried to rob me for a little $20. How petty. Never again will I order from here or recommend this place to someone. They don’t deserve customers or our business.Yup I have multiple accounts because I am an investigator and is necessary for my line of work. And i leave a bad review for you on every account I have just to show people what horrible business you have and how bad you treat people. An i have tried your food multiple times and its not great at all its just convenient because of the location which why i order last night. But never again after the poor service and attitude you and your employees have. Id rather have dominos or go hungry before i spend another dollar with you.
This is the last time I use this pizza restaurant. 1 the manager didn’t want to help about the mistakes they’ve made. 2 it was delivered to the wrong apartment number. 3 they offered to send us food again at a wait of 30 to 40 mins. 4 no refund and no kind of curtesy to help. The last time they delivered the pizza and left it on top of my trash bin and didn’t knock on my door. I’ve complained about it last time and nothing was done. All they could say was sorry for the inconveniences. That’s not helping or making the situation helpful or satisfying for a customer of 3 years now every other weekend. I got two pies different size when I wanted both same size.
One of the better pizzas in the area. Very friendly service. The only issue I have is that they give you a small amount of the toppings. For the price they charge for toppings, they should give you plenty.
Just had a fun dinner here with the family. Customer service was great(thank you jasmine) pizza and wings were so gooddd ?no pictures so because we ate to fast lol
