Este's mucho basura is a more appropriate moniker given that the food here is of subpar quality. The meat they use here is of horrible quality and you have to douse the food in their sauces and salsas to make it remotely edible. Your arepas are trash and I'd liken it akin to cardboard sandwiching dogfood. Step your game up, a silly little DJ stage and Tvs aren't enough to compensate for food that I wouldn't even give to a homeless man.
I ordered yesterday waiting for 1 hour went to the register about 3 times and then finally my food was ready. I got home the fries were burnt, there was no colombiana soda and juice was watered down and nasty.
If I can give zero stars I would, such HORRIBLE customer service! The ladies here doesn’t know how to treat their customers. I order food from here because it was recommended. Didn’t think I would have a bad first impression, but sadly that was true. Straight disrespectful, rude, no manners and body language says a lot. If you don’t like working there, then go somewhere else, but don’t give bad energy and vibes and be completely disrespectful to customers. Never again, I will surely tell my friends and family to go somewhere else.
The food isn’t good. Service isn’t great either. You will need to ask for everything (a fork, etc). Over priced, terribly cooked (blood on the deep fried ribs), service already included on the check then requested again when signing. Also a service charge for using a credit card on a $60 check. I didn’t know places of this poor quality still existed.
Nice vibe and great comfort food. I had Venezuelan hamburger and papas criollas. I’ll definitely come back.They also play karaoke on Saturday lol.Valentina was kind and very helpful server <3 ;)
Just ordered food here from Uber eats. The food was terrible. The rice was hard and cols. The food did not taste like anything. The rice was hard. The chicken was undercooked. I do not recommend this place. We threw away the food. Horrible!
Placed an order online for 7:26 pickup. When my dad went to pick up the order he was ignored by the staff and told the order never went through because it was through Uber eats which is a total lie we placed it directly on their website. When I went inside after my dad had already waited an extra half hour - the staff seemed totally lost and uninterested in helping us and insisted we had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. They need to hire someone that actually knows how to handle online orders or at least have better customer service experience. What a disappointing place to order food from.
I ordered a perro hawaiano it was so good, the pineapple sauce was delicious, The waitress was so kind, her name is Joyce, she has a good customer service, lovely place
Congratulations to the kitchen !! I ordered a Hawaiian hot dog and empanadas and they were beyond great.I had an issue with the cashier Angelica very rude, but the manager was very pleasant and addressed the problem right away !I will be coming back to this place !! ❤️
The last three times we have ordered online to pick up in the restaurant they have taken more than 45 minutes to give us our order. The ladies give very bad service and they are very rude to customers, when you ask to cancel your order because they have taken almost 1 hour for your food to be ready they tell you that they cannot do anything about it and that they will contact the owner the following day. They also include a tip on your bill automatically even though they give a very bad service. The prices on the menu are totally different from when you get charged, their excuse every time is that they have not updated their new menu.
