10 mins before closing the employees won't take your order and say they are closed. Pls update your timing or educate your employees.. I wasted my time coming here when google showed they close at 9pm.. I arrived @ 8 45 pm on monday june 20th. This is rude and unprofessional customer service as I saw 2 employees laughing while I drove through looking at them from the drive through window tying to avoid eye contact and laughing.
So I just got a drink. Off the bat the lady is rude as hell. I get the drink and when I come home it looks like the cup was filled with dirt? Or something. I definitely don’t recommend this store. I always have bad experience here ?
Do not go here. You’ve been warned. Making your own coffee in the bathroom with toilet water will probably be cleaner and better tasting than this Dunkin.
The woman handing the drinks was very rude. I only ask if the drink on the table was mine and she started yelling that I need to be more patient. Another costumer comes in after me and had his order ready before me, even though my drink was on the counter. I know that because she gave it to me later on. Really bad service
Do not place an order in this store. They showed that they were open 24 hours and the app let me place an order. When I went to pick it up, there was no one around, the drive thru was empty and the store locked. I called and no answer at all. I wasn't the only person driving by either. I sent an email to corporate to get my money back and they have been super unresponsive until today when I called and had to chew someone out to get my money back. Horrible place and horrible staff.
Doesn’t follow the orders when placed, then asks if you can pull up to the side and the correct order will be brought out. 15 minutes passed waiting, no order. Now I have to get out of The car and lose time to get to work on time because I’m asked to wait and then have to walk into the store and wait in line (again) just to remind them I’m waiting on my order.
Came in for a doordash delivery. I stood at the mobile pickup for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. The lady told me to ask the cashier so I did and then the cashier (idk her name but she likes to complain about how old she is and make everyone miserable first thing in the morning) talked to me like I was stupid saying I need to go to the mobile pick up for doordash like she didn't see me standing there being ignored for 10 straight minutes. Don't come to this location if you want to have a good morning. RIDICULOUS
I come everyday and get 2 drinks only a sweet tea and a water and their trying to charge me for the water all of a sudden a small cup at that. Sad to say I won't be back to this location.
I found a hair curled up inside my avocado toast with bacon. The phone number for the location leads to a voicemail that they're busy and no one can answer, and there is no option for voicemail. Called a neighboring location for better contact information for management and was told, "I have no idea." Gross and unacceptable! I was not rude or short with anyone, and yet the way the hair was hidden between the ingredients definitely felt purposeful, and I cannot imagine why this disgusting behavior was done. Just nasty! The inability to reach someone about it is also incomprehensible.
I was at the one in the Pines Blvd and Palm Ave location today. The lady ringing up and handing orders at drive through was super quick, very friendly and efficient! Been coming here for years and today in particular was an exceptional experience!
