Terrible. Gave me the wrong order and the lady was rude and only cared about gossiping with her coworkers
I don’t know if it’s sheer stupidity or lacking of common sense but when you make someone’s food it would make sense to put the food on top of something so it’s not touching the bare counter that’s dirty for everyone to see, especially the person you’re making the order for. At first i had no problem asking for another one, but it’s the fact the lady I asked gave me attitude about it as if I’m asking for something out of this world. This place is dirty and the service is getting horrible

Truly one of the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to They never have ground coffee packaged yet you got a grinding machine right in the front of the store but yet they can't grind down a bag of whole beans for you?? The place is filthy and the music is so loud That you can't hear yourself talk. The person in front of me had to repeat herself 3 times because the music was so loud. The 2nd time I've been to the store and it's a s*** show each time.
This particular store is not worth going to. Last week at 10:00 in the morning they had no eggs, yesterday at 9:00 in the morning they had no bags, also the person that actually prepares your food does not understand English, such as "melt the cheese". Also at 9:00 in the morning they had no sesame seed bagels, last week they had no chocolate munchkins. As I said, not worth the effort.
I ordered and Iced Coffee with Splenda and Skim Milk. I asked the server if she could put in a little extra skim milk. The fun started when she said they did not have skim milk. So I asked her how she made my coffee if there wasn't any skim milk. My mistake was assuming she spoke English. Luckily another very nice server stepped in and dumped out the concoction and made my coffee correctly. I won't fault the wait time; the store was very busy, and they were working as fast as they could.I wrote the original review late in 2017. I went back for another visit in December 2020, and the staff was even worse than before if that is possible. There was one couple at the counter when I walked in. The woman and the clerk were busily gossiping in Spanish. They were not waiting for food to cook because the couple had not even ordered yet. I don't know how long the gossip fest continued because i walked out after waiting about 7 or 8 minutes. I drove up the road about two miles to another Dunkin where the service was excellent, the staff friendly, and the coffee great.I changed my rating to one star based on the terrible service.
They didn't wear a mask. So I didn't feel comfortable buying from them.
Now this is my spot I love going to this Dunkin’ they always ready to serve and give suggestions on things to try.
A good DD location. It’s usually packed in the morning so ordering ahead may also be a problem with delays. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They work extremely hard because of the early customer volume. Only issue I have is the past few times I ordered chocolate glazed donut holes, they were always out. May be something for management to take a look at.
