The best Dunkin’ Donuts thus far! We’re from Georgia and while vacationing in South Florida came in for breakfast. The food was perfect and the staff was super friendly, starting make conversations and jokes about our Marlins and Braves hats which was great for our kids and made us feel like in this location the staff is focused on providing great service!
Always a pleasure to see the young fella through the drive-thru. Very courteous and pleasant. This is my go-to spot for wraps, glazed donuts.. yummy ? and macchiato. !!
I have been going to this location for a few months. I get coffee and food every day. I spend $300-400 every month. There are people there that have great customer service skills, such as Howard, Isabella, Tatiyana, and Rosario. But Keisha Renee is the "bad apple that spoils the bunch". Keisha Renee is the manager, I have no idea why or how. She has horrible customer service skills. On February 9, 2022, I had received 3 croissants burnt to a crisp even though I told the ladies in the back that I want it toasted twice BEFORE they were working on my order because I was receiving them burnt prior to this day. Guess what? It was burnt and inedible. We asked them to exchange with croissants that are toasted twice as instructed and she refused and proceeded to call us "difficult" repeatedly and openly in front of other customers. She refunded us our money without us even asking for it. She gave us NO CHOICE and handed our money back. So I complained to Dunkin Donuts customer service and was told that the owner will reach out to me multiple times. I was never contacted by the owner till this day. We have been repeatedly targeted and discriminated at this location. The manager, Keisha Renee has tried to create circumstances where I do not come to this location. This location is closest to me. Yesterday, my mom went to Dunkin after work. Mind you, she is a healthcare worker and after a long day of work, she wanted to get some coffee and she stopped by this location. The manager, Keisha Renee (the name she told us), was there. I heard the entire conversation and have the encounter recorded, for my protection. Keisha Renee instructed an employee, Valentina, to inform my mom this: "If you have so many complaints about this Dunkin' Donuts location, then you should go to another location." She refused to take my mom's coffee order. My mom asked her, are you refusing me service? Valentina, on Keisha's instruction, said you should go to another location. Then Keisha instructed Valentina to go to the back and not speak to my mom and there was nobody to take her order. My mom walked out of there with no coffee after a long day of work because no one was in the front to take her order. We have been repeatedly targeted by the manager and the OWNER refuses to contact me (as per DD Customer Service), a paying customer, about this employee's abhorrent behavior. This is the way she treats paying customer, god knows how she treats her subordinates. She is emboldened by the owner's inaction and a horrible representation of Dunkin' Donuts. My mom has been coming to Dunkin' Donuts since 30+ years. Dunkin' Donuts Customer Service Support claims the owner has refused to contact me. I have pics of the burnt croissants. Its disgusting. It sucks that the Manager (Keisha Renee's) incompetence and dismal customer service skills are overshadowing the hard work and great customer service skills of her subordinates, like Howard, Rosario, Tatiyana, and Isabella. Whenever I walk in the location those 4 individuals ALWAYS ask me how I am and greet me Good Morning. Keisha will not say a word purposely when I walk in, when she is standing right there and will greet the person behind me "Good Morning". Honestly, Keisha and Valentina shouldn't be working at Dunkin' Donuts for purposely refusing a customer service because their action was in retaliation to my complaint to Dunkin' Donuts Customer Service, which I have the right to do so and I exercised that right because the owner would not reach out to me about my mistreatment. People who lack customer service skills should not be working for Dunkin' Donuts, let alone being a manager. What is upsetting that my mother, who is a healthcare worker and immigrant was targeted and treated in a discriminatory fashion, along with myself. The owner should be ashamed of encouraging this abhorrent behavior. She has no customer service skills.0 Stars for this Dunkin' Donuts location because of Keisha Renee, the manager a
I understand that school was out for about an hour or so and seems to be a hang out place for highschool students. However, I was in the drive thru and order 2 simple and identical drinks.I received them in a reasonable time considering the kids in the front.I am disgruntled about the service, as the employee at the window was angry looking and hand our drinks without straws. I quickly called out to her as she closed the window.5 minutes later after a few attempts to get some attention the window opens and I ask for my straws. She did apologized with the same attitude as handing me my drinks.I recommend avoiding this location.
Zero stars if I could. This is my local Dunkin’ and every time I TRY to give it a chance I instantly regret it. The ATTITUDE. THE RUDENESS. it’s insane. It’s almost as if you’re bothering them with your orders. Not to mention all drink orders always taste disgusting. ?Last night I tried, again. It was 6:45pm and I drove in the drive thru twice.Said “hello” into the speaker idk how many times and nothing. Went to the window and nothing.Place looked deserted and closed. I pull over and the employee was sitting down on on the opposite end with her phone charger plugged into the wall and using her phone. (Picture below cus enough)She didn’t even bother to look up. This place sucks and needs to close already. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.
They never have anything. They don't even know what they have on the menu and they're SO RUDE!! Went in February 1st at 3:30 pm. Asked for a classic (after being told no powdered anything), and she insisted I meant glazed. I said, no the classic, and she snapped saying she didn't know what that was. It's on your menu! Anyway, this is the 3rd bad encounter at this place. Fire the staff and start over!
Horrible! The service is horrible. They never have any food or coffee! I don’t get how they are still running!
A young woman who was working there today (I believe her name starts with a Z), was so sweet to my 3 year old son. She saw him eyeing a blue drink they had just made and so she made him a little bit to try. It made his day! What a sweet and considerate thought. I really appreciate employees like that, with a happy disposition, great attitude, and even introduced a new product. I’m sure my son will now be asking for the blue drink all the time.
There was no wait. My drinks came out perfect. Delicious!!
Great service. ?
