This is the worst Dunkin I've been to by far. I've been several times (only because it's unfortunately the closest) and the service has been awful. On the door it says they're open until 7pm but doors were locked today at 6:25pm. Employees inside pointed for me to go through the drive thru even after clearly seeing me holding a baby and toddler that I had already gotten out of the car (I should have left at that point but I had promised my toddler a donut). I drove through only for them to tell me there that they're only selling drinks. I explained that I just wanted to order one donut for my kid and they said they don't have any donuts after 6:30 (It was 6:31 at this point). I had just seen a ton of donuts through the window so I asked again and finally they gave me 2 donuts. I've been to other Dunkin locations around the same time of day and never had a problem. They acted very put out to have a customer and were overall rude and unpleasant, so I'll drive farther to go somewhere else next time.
There is one really problematic employee, Lourdes, who is always fighting with customers. She’s very rude and yells at them at least once a week when I’m there. I’ve never had to deal with her thankfully - until today. Today I asked them to put my food extra time to toast bc my food was soggy, and after telling me they’re already toasted enough and she wouldn’t because ‘it’s company policy and I’m only doing it as a favor, because we’re not supposed to take special requests’, she shut the drive-thru window in my face as I was talking to her. Super disrespectful. I’ve been coming here twice a week for over a year and no other employee has ever had a problem with toasting my food. Don’t go here unless you’re ready to brawl with Lourdes, apparently.
So it’s the local Dunkin’ and they have the donuts and coffee, getting them in a pleasant or correct fashion is the problem. Solid assumption the employees don’t want to be there, I think the cashier avoided eye contact for the entirety of the conversation, weird. Then, on the most complicated of all orders, bagel with cream cheese, they didn’t give me any cream cheese. ?♂️ I’m not asking for a lot here, folks, real easy stuff. Appears this experience is a trend at this location, attitude and performance, both lacking.
This store locked the doors at 3.30 pm ( sometime open but with empty shelf ) The person who work inside said donut was sold out in the morning and they don’t want to make it more because they want to keep it fresh, so if I want to eat a donut I only have to come in the morning lol I stop by on 29-31 March every day is same situation. I just want to send a message to the owner since they are Franchise . If you can not handle this let other people do . You make the brand look bad .
Placed an order through UberEats from this location for a dozen assorted donuts and my assigned UberEats driver called me to inform me that this location was “out of all donuts!”. My UberEats driver asked me if it was ok if they replaced the donuts with ones of equal value and I said yes of course. How can this happen? How could this location be out of donuts? When i received my order I received all dozen of the same flavor (plain)! This has happened twice to me from this location. They are Dunkin DONUTS! How does a donut shop not have donuts!?!?!?!?!? Very disappointing!
Front door was locked and it was only 5 pm. I went then through the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. I only ordered a coffee. When it was my turn at the window I asked why the lobby was locked and why it took 15 minutes from ordering to to get my coffee, the cashier said they only had two employees. I was polite and told her I understand. It wasn't her fault. Internally I was annoyed at myself for waiting and should have just left.
Ghetto! I put in a mobile order for 3 donuts. I walked in and stood politely by the to go stand for 15-20 minutes until someone acknowledged me. The bag was sitting behind the stand. They are unorganized. Maybe you’ll have better luck in the drive thru.
usually get a coffee and a bacon egg cheese croissant and sandwich tasted like it had been on the shelf for hours , egg whites were dry as wood and the croissant was like cardboard . it's usually good when owner was there but these new employees either precooking and let sit there ? but should be chucked after 5 min of standing ..... and they had excuses that it was fresh which I can dispute that never eggs dried out and Luke warm ......
Staff is terrible! Need better training on customer service, Food was absolutely horrid!! I ended up throwing it away & the iced coffee was watered down. I’m Never going back, if I could give 0 stars I would!!!
I just went through the drive-thru at 1:15 pm. It took 15 minutes to get a poorly made caramel ice coffee. It didn't have any caramel flavor or enough cream. I gave it back to the girl and asked her to please put more caramel and cream in it. She put two more pumps of caramel and handed it back to me. It still tasted bad. The lack of moving with any kind of urgency in a drive-thru is just poor work ethic and performance. No smile or have a nice day. Bad food and bad service.
