We been going to the place since 1994 .last night we drove down from west palm beach ( where we live now) just to have dinner there.As always we were treated as royalty.Food is great, prices are very reasonable and the people is just amazing.

Rice was horrible!! Hard rice that taste not fresh. Like it was warmed up and some pieces in it was still rock hard. When called after food was delivered to advise them that food taste old and the rice was hard with a perfume taste to it, the Male was upset and said he’ll recook it and hung up on me. When I called back and asked him for a reimbursement due to his attitude i do not want whatever food he prepares for my family and I, he yelled and said he’s coming to pick up the old food that was delivered, during covid in order to give me the reimbursement ?? That’s fine, I’m still waiting on him to come and get it. Good luck y’all.. maybe he’s going to give the old food that was delivered to me to someone else! The only thing that was fresh was the chicken. Will not order here again.

Ordered take out for the first time from here and was not disappointed! They were kind and very fast. Ordered orange peel chicken and sesame chicken and it was delicious!! 10/10. Will be back

One star is too high of a rating. Terrible terrible food. Extremely bland and dry. Disgusting. I had sesame chicken and lo mein. Do not recommend

Food was big disappointment since this one was on my list for long time… anyway, service was quick and attentive, and they have some nice cookware for sale, but other than that, no worth the visit.

Sorry to say things are not looking good for this place it's gone down since covid. I ordered the Orange Beef and it was soaking in a ton of liquid which left the beef soggy it lost it's crispiness. Pork fried rice had no taste and everything was cold including the wonton soup. I have been long time customer of this place and have not been there since 2019. It got really bad I feel I was ripped off of my $32.00.

I use to frequent this restaurant quite a bit mainly because they served brown rice which is difficult to find at most Chinese restaurant in this areas Unfortunately, I placed an order from the early bird menu that offered brown rice. When I went to pick up my order it was not made with brown rice do I asked to have my order corrected. The lady who assisted me argued that what I read was not what it meant and told me that it could not be made with brown rice although I was willing to pay extra. Because of health issues I don't eat white rice, so I asked for a refund. Because I asked for a refund, I found out that they can no longer serve me. That's crazy!!!! I was not rude or disrespectful in anyway. I guess having a satisfied customer it's important to them.

I visit this restaurant often but I could tell they served me rice from an order another customer did not pick up because it was cold. The waiter offered to warm it up but I went there to eat fresh food, not food warmed up in the microwave. Did not tip. Based on today's visit, I do not recommend this restaurant.

Very disappointed. Have eaten at and ordered out before. Roast pork with Chinese vegetables and beef with broccoli, tasteless and had to hunt for the meat.

The only thing I don't like about dragon gate they always have a shortage of chicken wings it's been 6 months since they don't have any. Also for lunch combination orders they won't switch for vegetables fried rice instead of pork fried rice for the none pork eaters. Please dragon gate fix this matter and be more negotiable for your clientes choice of food selection the customer should be satisfied and always right. Be more like Chick-fil-A or it won't be looking good soon
