Italian Pizza

Ordered through the app and the food took more time than continually updated after many calls. The pizza was completely wrong it had toppings that were not supposed to be included. The pizza was cold and the toppings were not cooked. The csr and manager continued to hang up and told me to call the app. I would not even let my worst enemy order and or eat there they don’t know how to treat anyone

Food is great and I typically order for pick up. I recently visited to dine in and the service counter guy working there was rude, lacked any kind of service. I ordered and as I asked him questions, I had to ask him if he heard me because he completely ignored me and rolled his eyes several times when I asked him for basic stuff like: plates and napkins (just took pizza to the table and walked away) No need for this type of treatment, not a pleasant visit. I hope the owner sees this review as this employee can continue to negatively impact the customer experience! There are other options in town, unfortunately.

Thin crust pizza w mushrooms was quite yummy & the side Cesar salad we had were even yummier. Along with being large side salads w fresh parmesan cheese flakes on top. Thanks!!

For years, this has been a great place to eat at in pines. Today’s visit was very disappointing. Teenage kids run the counter and have no clue customer service. Ice Machine is broken and drinks are hot. Pizza literally had no taste.

This place sells the best Italian pizzas you can get in broward. The boys are very friendly. If you are thinking of a different time, this is the place.

Used to order wings every weekend a large platter of wings went from 50 dollars to 99 dollars. Employee told me on the phone “i know we used to sell the platter for 5x dollars but bow we charge a 6 dollar surcharge for every 12 wings. Are you guys out of your minds? Always some person working the front desk who doesn’t know what there talking about. They have gotten countless orders wrong however they usually made up for it with great prices and friendly staff. been a customer for 4 years but no more.

The pizza and calzone was awesome. We ended up getting the wrong calzone but the one we got was still really good. I was not blown away by the caprese salad but it was pretty good. I would say you can safely expect high quality food from Dough Boys.

Called in an order of chicken and eggplant parmigiana yesterday afternoon to be picked up. Once arriving home started to serve and we began eating. I wanted to taste the chicken because the eggplant was slightly bitter, I turned the tin foil plate around and cut another 2 pieces, however it was eggplant again. I scraped off the heavily applied sauce & mozzarella and to our dismay it was all eggplant!! No chicken. My husband called to let you know this happened and the girl yelled ”if you ate it, we can’t do anything, …..” and hung up! Oh really Dough Boys? Hang up?? Well,.. If I paid for chicken and eggplant that’s what I should have gotten. Hubby was not asking for a refund, you didn’t even give him a chance to explain further before rudely hanging up. Customers pay your salary and bills! The only good thing about this meal were the garlic rolls, and for that you get 1 star.

I received a menu in the mail and decided to give them a try. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, garlic rolls and jalepeno poppers. Picked up the order and get home to find out they gave me a cheese pizza. Called the store and spoke to 3 kids who after listening to my issue kept putting me on hold. Finally the 3rd kid says you can bring it back and maybe we can swap it out. I was not going to drive back 10 minutes so took the few dollar hit and tried the Cheese pizza. Dough was super hard and I didn’t enjoy it. Garlic bread had butter but no garlic and jalepeno poppers were made with yellow cheese not cream cheese. Needless to say 1st and last time I will eat here.

Love this place but don’t get the wrap. All lettuce . Pizza and wings are on point.
