I ordered a LARGE oxtail but receive a plate come like a snack size. Just a little stingy, and my rice had little to no gravy! WOW! For $23 you’d think you you’d get more meat than a cough syrup cap full! Who is dishing the plates, are they anorexic? I felt like a child how scarce the the actual oxtails were, you might as well had send a Capri sun juicy juice to go with it! I don’t think I will be ordering again, I will just go to Presidentè and cook my own at my yard. Tuh!
Food is good but be prepared for the most nonchalant customer service you'll ever receive.

Donna's Caribbean Restaurant has many locations throughout south Florida as well as other states and also in the Caribbean. This location in Pembroke Pines, FL is a Very nice restaurant..staff were professional and courteous. My meal was delicious and the presentation was beautifully...the counter and sneeze guard was clean. I'm very picky and get discouraged when I see a problem. There are Many Jamaican restaurants in the area that I've tried, but I always go back to Donnas. I Gave this location a five star..will continue to refer this restaurant for sure.
I just ordered from this restaurant through Doordash, I ordered 2 pounds of oxtails with is 25.00 per pound. They sent me 1 oxtails dinner which is 19.00, no explanation or apology. This is very dishonest and a bad way to run a business, if you don't have a item you let the customer know you don't have what they ordered up front, give them the option of canceling the order or changing the order. This is how you run a business, your customer satisfaction and your food quality. We keep hearing support your local business but this is one restaurant that will not get my support. I give them rotten tomatoes 0 stars!!

In Pembroke Pines food was so delicious. GOAT AND WHITE RICE was tasty and good.

I was excited to try this restaurant out. Sadly I wasted my time. Whoever the owner of this restaurant needs to really think about changing their staff because if these people are the face of your organization then this will hinder your success in business. The server had an attitude so did the other female at the register. A nice elderly couple were in line after me and they were trying something new and the female was so dry and unfriendly with "explaining " the menu and her demeanor towards them. I was so disappointed with the service and the behavior of the staff. I will never go back there. The jerk chicken meal and curry chicken meal was dry like this personalities!!!! The red peas soup was the only decent thing about this experience at this restaurant. Rule of thumb: People do not need to go to your business they can take their business elsewhere; REMEMBER THAT!!!!!
