Went for my grandson 2nd birthday. It was very clean and the staff was so helpful with the great grandmothers that were there. Keyanna was our hostess and she was so patient with the kids. (And parents). I would definitely recommend the Pembroke pines location to others. And I will be going back. I hope keyanna will be there so I can tell her again, thanks for everything
i was here with my 6 year old sister and as she was in the ball pit, a drunk looking man urinated in the ball pit next to her. I dont think this is appropriate for a childrens establishment in the slightest but i am not happy. She now smells like urine.
Horrible place, nothing works mostly all games are out of service, a waste of money and time. I will be going to other locations moving forward. Hopefully management fixes up all these issues.
My son had so much fun. Staff are always busy which is great for business but for assistance they need to be allocated to different areas just in case a cxc customer needs help.

We played the games for an hour pass was much better then buying token totals. Was alot of fun , love playing no stop against the clock, tallied up alot of points towards prizes. Was like $21 for almost an hour and $2 more for another 15 min (if memory serves). Great time , bring your own wipes if ur a germ person. Loved it ?
I had my sons birthday party here on December 18th, 2021. As part of the Birthday Package My son was given the option of going into the ticket blaster or receiving 1000 tickets. We chose the 1000 tickets because we thought it was the better deal. We received a receipt with a barcode for 1000 tickets. We did not use the voucher for 1000 tickets that same day, however we took a picture of the voucher because we noticed the ink was already starting to rub off. We though that since we took the picture of the barcode on the receipt we would be able to redeem it with the picture by scanning the barcode. On 1/29/2022 when we tried to redeem the tickets the manager Giselle would not honor the 1000 tickets voucher because it was not physically present. She claimed we would use the voucher repeatedly because we have a photo, however if the barcode was scanned then this would not be possible because you would be able to see if the voucher was used in your system, therefore her argument was invalid, because by scanning the barcode she could see we did not use the voucher yet. I felt as paying customers on multiple occasions we were not treated with respect or understanding, and the manager did her job poorly. We spent over $300 for my sons birthday and we came back to spend more money , all I wanted was what was I payed for as part of my sons birthday package. If we had a limited window of use or if we needed the physical voucher, as opposed to scanning the barcode on the voucher we should have been properly notified of this when the choice was offered to us between the ticket blaster or the 1000 tickets. As of now I feel like I overpaid for my sons birthday since I was not able to collect on all of the benefits which were promised to us upon payment.

Birthday party for my 4 year old. The host( Alexia) for our party gave us excellent service, gave great details about our party. Alexia is a great asset to the Chuck E Cheese company. Definitely need to give her a raise. Also liked how each child got a winning ticket for the holiday season.
