I was craving Chipotle for quite a time.Ordered a bowl, with carnitas and chicken. Delicious as expected
I went on June 5 at 1:25 PM and my visit was horrible.The managers are useless, horribly dirty lobby every single time I go, and flat out rude employees.On top of that, they skimp on the protein and don’t give you the full amount. Lost a customer officially. Go to one of the fifty other chipotles in the area.The guy on Salsa, Matthew and the manager Danny were horrible. He clearly could care less that his entire lobby was disgusting and his employees were useless.***The only redeeming quality about this place is the young woman with long dreads. She is the only competent one in the whole restaurant. ***
What's not to love? Fresh, healthy vibrant food for reasonable price and prepared quickly. Ordered two burritos on the app and picked up in 20 mins. Easy as pie...only tastier!
Ordered pick up for the family. Kids meal went straight to garbage. No fruit, beans, and quesadilla was cold, half melted cheese on small taco tortilla.I ordered double steak with sour cream, cheese and salsas, but I received chicken with guacamole and cheese. Also ordered a salad and burrito. No beans to be found. All items cold and almost 10 minutes late (I was there 10 minutes early to pick up.).Of the 4 items ordered, all four were cold and incorrect. No labels on burritos so had to unwrap to identify.Awful. Won't go back.
I loved Chipotle. This location is very popular and the team did their best to keep up with business surge but the wait is extremely long for casual dining. Chipotle would benefit from a second location in my opinion.
The management and customer service is horrendous. I am a regular customer and they treated me horribly. I walked into the store to make an order, I get told that the order must be made online. Then, I have one of their employees give me a half portion of rice and argued with me, a regular customer. I waited 25 minutes, had an employee argue with me and then they forgot my salad dressing. I will not be coming back here again. Sad to see how they treat a regular customer this way especially when I was being respectful.
The staff is overwhelmed and in desperate need of assistance. Although they try their best there’s just not enough help to go around and it’s starting to affect this locations business. Last week we were given a time of 645 and then we get our food till almost 7;45 As we’d like to continue to obtain our food from chipotle it seems to be coming more and more of a project and Justa quick bite to eat. I’m shocked to see customer service and the lack there of. As I approached the side door I saw the guy at the front door who pulled up before me and was able to sneak inside there because the front was locked. As I rushed to grab the door it was pulled shut and locked without as much as an explanation or eye contact. I’m pretty sure doors are to remain open during business hours and this isn’t the first time I’ve been turned away from a chipotle told to order online because of understaffed conditions and that’s understandable to an extent however this is a poor business decision and beyond outraging when treated so poorly not even within the walls of an establishment. Chipotle is going downhill or maybe it’s the people running these franchises. Absolute trash
Chipotle has been a staple restaurant for my family for years, being that the Chipotle in Pembroke Pines is the closest to us we visit this location quite a lot. However the customer service and overall sanitation of this hole in the wall gets progressively worse...A majority of the workers do not wear masks and talk over the food( as in having casual conversations with their coworkers and they are not welcoming to the customers) , workers have their hair out and do not wear hair nets and there is clearly no sense of proper distribution of responsibilities amongst the workers which results in long lines which wrap around the building. In the last few instances that we visited this Chipotle, we saw one of the workers mixing the brown batch of guacamole with the fresh set and continued to serve it to the guests. The countertops are filthy and always have droppings of food or gravy and are eventually picked up by the bottom of the bowls or foil paper of the burritos. There was also an instance where dab of sour cream dropped into the hot sauce and instead of the workers replacing this set, they mixed it in as if it belonged in there. The employees do not seem interested in working here and this is shown through the care that they take of the food and the customer service that they have. Chipotle will always be a family staple...just not this Chipotle :)
Worst Chipotle’s ever! Missing items in order, not only in my burrito bowls, but they also never sent the drinks. Is not the first time. You call and they hung up on you, so today 02/04/2022 the shift working around 8:30pm completely sucks! Google please, enable the option of giving zero stars, or how about a puk€ or p00p emoji to rate restaurants and their awful services. My Uber Eats was so nice, I’m not sure how that works but I left $8 tip on the card and my uber driver only got $3.20.
