Such a poorly run restaurant. I came in with 4 customers ahead of me and waited almost 40 minutes to get my food. They are extremely slow- I feel as though the girl placing the toppings was moving slow intentionally. My burrito had been sitting so long, that it was cold by the time I checked out. Also, the burrito was literally made for a child… half my chicken fell onto the counter in transition and the same slow motion girl put 2 drops of every ingredient I asked for like it was coming out of her paycheck. I checked out and the cashier left so when the girl eventually finished wrapping my burrito, she just left it sitting there out of my reach until the guy came back to give it to me and the cook behind was laughing about it. I will certainly be writing corporate to get my money back. For years they have placed the poorest quality managers there… I can’t believe this place has stuck around with consistent poor service for so long.

Really similar to other reviews here, staff has a care-free attitude. 0 sense of urgency making food, if you order online expect it to be ready 20 minutes after the time and most likely incorrect. If you’re getting in line get ready for 30-45 minutes of standing and just watching minimal effort get put into making it go any faster, kitchen jobs aren’t for everyone and honestly no one at this chipotle should be working in this industry. Have some respect and work ethic.

My daughter placed an online order for 3 meals at 7p to be ready by 8:50p. When she got there at 8:50, the meal was not ready. She asked if there was an order for her, they said they would check, they never did. It took a nice lady who noticed she had been waiting for over an hour for her meal and spoke up for her. That is when they began to prepare her meals for her. Her reward for waiting over an hour was a drink. My daughter is young and inexperienced as to what to do or say with bad customer service and behavior.

I did a Uber eats order June 1, 2022 because a different restaurant canceled my order and I order three meals one was kids meal other two were chicken bowls.My sons meal was suppose to have chocolate milk and chips that was missing. The two chicken bowls they were nasty. Chicken didn’t seem to be fully cooked chicken was really light and tasted nasty. I don’t know if it’s because they were closing soon or what but that food was nasty and chipotle is my daughter’s favorite fast food spot when I don’t cook and she said she never wants to order it again so yup no more chipotle for us ??‍♀️.I’m truly starting to believe that no more fast is the way to go because it seems like these companies aren’t caring anymore about the safety of the preparation of food nor of their consumers.

This place is repulsive! It’s a mess. Never a Mgr on the floor. Missing products and food all over the place. Inside is always dirty & disgusting. I’m really surprise this place is still open.

They’ve been so rude and cheap with the portions. One time I asked for medium sauce and the girl literally dipped sauce BACK into the container so that I wouldn’t get enough. It’s like I have to ask the workers 3 times to give me an adequate amount of food.

I love Chipotle, I have eaten at Chipotle thousands of times like all of us, but the administration is terrible, the attitude of the employees is terrible, bad service, extremely slow, the place is dirty and with flies, the employees without masks talking over the food ... in this country we don't have hygiene standards? We are not asking for anything for free, we are paying and we deserve a minimally friendly service that respects basic hygiene standards.

Smells fresh, looks clean and long line moved pretty quickly

There were 3 people in line and it still took 30 min to get my food. there was a huge line of people waiting to pick up their food. The food contamination was unbelievable. They were dropping pork in the queso, guac in the cheese, tomato’s into other bins and serving it on bowls. There was only one person serving food and I saw an employee lock eyes with me as I was waiting to pay and she answered her face time call and went to the back. People were angry waiting for their food. Employees did not seem to care and I saw one of them ignore a customer when he was complaining.

This chipotle is awful and it’s gross on the inside. The trash cans are overflown and the drink area is filled with trash and empty hot sauce bottles. If your going to go to a chipotle go to the one on south university drive. Everything tastes amazing there. And clean areas. And apparently this is what a quesadilla looks like. The Barbacoa doesn’t even look or taste like it’s supposed to. I’m extremely unsatisfied. The only reason I went here is because my usual chipotle is closed.
