The service was bad but the food was worst. Potato soup was so salty no one could eat it. People around us kept sending it back and they continued to serve it. SMH The rest of the food was bad too. Fries were burnt, chicken was super dry. When we went to pay on the kiosk we had been triple charged. We finally flagged the waitress and she is acting surprised says she is gonna fix it. Comes back says all taken care of and when we go pay again now we are doubled charged. Husband was now super fed up. Finally got her back to fix it again. We will not be going back for sure! Over priced for mediocre service and food.
Dirty tables all over. There was no line and we had to wait 20 minutes to get seated. After getting seated no one came over for another 15 minutes. The waitress takes our order. Then 10 minutes later another waitress asks us what had we ordered. So we tell her again. Here we are almost an hour our food comes and my sons big mouth bites burgers are 2 little burgers that were cut in half to make it look like 4 burgers. We tell her no, these are not the big mouth bites. These are 2 that were cut in half. They take it back . When his food comes again all the burgers were burnt to a crisp. This is the worst ever. I use to love Chili’s but will not be going back. The couple behind us they got their order wrong 3 times and were there for an hour also. Don’t waste your time coming here. We paid $70 for awful food and service. You are better off going somewhere else.
My waitress who is from Iran was fantastic but i didn’t get her name and the waiter taking food to the table with sunglasses on, was the coolest. Yes he had sunglasses on at 3 pm in the afternoon inside the restaurants ?. What is up with that???However, the place itself needs to be inspected for cleanliness.I recommend a state inspector go check this Chili’s out.The cleanliness of this particular location clearly shows they are short staffed so No fault of the manager or employees as they are doing there best.The executive team from Chili’s corporate office should give up some of their pay and invest on a cleaning company. Sad to see such a well known chain present it self in such a dirty fashion.Thank god they were serving Mi Campo Margaritas that were excellent. ??
I tried once again and once again the food was horrible. They use to be good before covid now everytime I order food it never prepared properly. The throw your food any kind of way. Its never cooked or prepared properly and missing items/food.This place is the worst with take out. Officially done wasting money at this location .
I love their Fajitas, the trio. The Big Mouth Burgers are very hefty and tasty. The Margaritas of course are my favorite! I am very pro Chili’s!
If iI could give them zero stars I gladly would. For starters, when we received our drinks no straws came with them or utensils or napkins for that matter and one of the drinks were hot. Secondly, when our food arrived, it was dead cold and hard as a rock. After we said something about that, we were also waiting on another food order which didn’t come until 40 minutes later and the remake food came back sooner than that one that was ordered first. When the food came back, it was hot this time but rock hard once again. It was inedible. The fries were fine but kind of mediocre. After 15 more minutes of waiting, we received the last meal which the meat was hard, the broccoli was disgustingly inedible. After that, the manager and came took off one of the foods but overall the experience was very negative and will never be coming back, at least not to this chilis. It’s a shame that management doesn’t see the issues with their workers and misinterprets the priorities of the restaurant.
Least crowded of Chili's locations. Service is quick and was ok. Food is as good as any Chili's. Well done. Thx!Go midday!
I waiting for 25 minutes because they had a line.Then they sat us down and waited another half hour and we where never Acknowledged so me my husband and my niece decided it was time to go. Ridiculous not even a glass of water nothing at all.I will never eat at this chili’s again the staff need to be a little more courteous I am a customer service representative and my customers get great service no matter how hard or stressful my day is just saying not cool at all. Would love manager’s attention.
They made us Waite for 15 minutes, there is a lot of empty dirt tables, nobody is cleaning and know we have to wait for another 20 minutes waiting for somebody else to leave another table, this is a mess.
The attention is terribly bad, the food is not so much, but they go from bad to worse, I love this restaurant, it has a lot to give, but the manager and the employees are going to bankrupt it and bring it into total disrepute. I come here frequently and every day is worse, do something.
