This was my first time ordering at this restaurant. After ordering the Deluxe Wrapito, I watched the young men take I have a chicken breast to the side to prepare my order. I was somewhat excited thinking that this is really going to be a great meal. Then I saw him sliced the breast and half and separated the two pieces. Then I watched him again cut that piece in half so were talking about one quarter of a chicken breast. He diced it up and measured it in a small half cup measuring device. When I realized that that was going to be my searching for an item that was one of the most expensive wraps on the menu, I decided I'm never coming back again.
Their food is always fresh,theirs many options.Chicken kitchen is healthy too.My only issue with them is the prices at time.
I gave it 2 stars only because I work in hospitality and know what the industry is going through. I couldn’t communicate with a single employee, they no longer carry white rice (which I knew) but the brown rice was hard, dry, and obviously old. They no longer give you pita bread (which I requested and was told no) and the prices went up. I paid $28 for a large Cuban chop chop and one original (just rice and chicken). I picked out the chicken and made my own rice since this was so inedible. My husband and I both agreed never again. Sad cause we loved this place.
the lady is coughing all over the place. price went up quality is down terribly. wouldn’t pass a health inspection. terrible attitude and had me waiting 7 minutes to pay. disgusting.
Just walked out !! I ordered a no carb chop chopThe lady pulls out a small piece of chicken cuts it up it and fills up 1scooper .Now I’ve been to other chicken kitchen and I get at two or more scoops Of chicken.inoticed everybody else was getting two or more scoops of chicken. It’s very upsetting considering I’m paying the same amount and the fact that I’m not having the carbs I need the protein ! This is my second time at this location and the second time it was a negative experience. My first time there I was looking over the menu and that seem to annoy the lady that she had to wait I just never had been there before so I didn’t know what I wanted they’re very rude in this location and I won’t be coming back.
The place used to be good. I don't know what happened. Way too expensive for what you get; they are very stingy with the portions. Chicken is always dry. The rice is hard and shelly. Customer service is par at best. I feel like they get annoyed when you ask them questions. Don't think I'll be back for a while. On a positive note, they have very clean bathrooms. One of the cleanest I've seen in a fast food place.
I was pleasantly surprised! Was picking up up lunch for a sick friend and I knew they mentioned Chicken Kitchen before. The place was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I did get myself a bowl as well, it was delicious!! This is not your typical fast food. The flavors were like eating at home. I will certainly be going back
Over price burned chicken. Lousy dirty place. Stay away. Maybe they will go out of business.Small portion BIG prices. Salty burned rice. Side dishes overcooked. SAY AWAY!
Just now on January 10, 2022 at 11:48. A young man proceeded to put a piece of pita bread in my food that fell off the cutting board onto the dirty counter; then when stopping him from doing so, he put the bread right back in the Batch of other bread. That is just disgusting!!
When I got to the cashier she was talking to another employee. She didn't greet me nor did she say I'll be with you shortly. She continued to talking as I stood waiting for her to ring me up. If I wasn't hungry as I were. I would have left. I will never buy from this restaurant again.
