I love everything, banana milkshakes all of the chicken sandwiches and the grill nuggets on a cob salad no bacon is the best in my opinion
Always great service here. No complaints on the food or service. they seem like they hire quality people.
I went at the beginning of the rain and the drive they line was excessively long and the service was even slower. However I had ordered for pickup and it made it super difficult to get to the parking space to do curbside pickup due to the long drive thru lines. I managed to weave into the area and notified them i had arrived. It took another 15 min to get my order ready. The food was good and the prepared exactly as I customized it for once.
Hi just thought I should write you guys we went today to eat lunch and we met the most wonderful employee… he came to ask if the kids wanted a refill for their drinks … my son has autism and get very shy so when he had to answer he was very uncomfortable… your employee noticed and got on his eye level and talked so nicely to him he totally knew how to handle the situation… when walking out I wanted to thanks him but he was so busy with the carline I didn’t want to disturb him I didn’t catch his name but he was just amazing with my son ❤️
I went this morning to order a salad to take to lunch with me, because I don't have time to leave for lunch some days. I wanted to order a Cobb salad without bacon, because I don't eat pork and was told they wouldn't accommodate me because they were to busy! They never once ask if I mind waiting, it would take a little longer or anything to try to help me! I'm truly disappointed in this location and will never utilize this location again.
This is VERY VERY upsetting. My family came to get dinner tonight ( Pembroke Pines location) and we are NOT HAPPY! After a long day from work/ school we finally get home to eat and we’re missing half our order! And how do you serve a salad without dressing?! Am I suppose to eat it dry????!! This is the first Chick-fil-A that I have ever had this bad of experience. My salad had a bad strawberry ? that was spoiled. My grilled nuggets were over cooked a little burnt. And this is the first one that literally charged me after having a bill of $55 for a large cup of ice. Charged me for two large cups of ice as two large drinks and she was a manager. I have never experienced this at Chick-fil-A has any one else experience this with them? Stay away from this particular one. Because I have always had nothing but good reviews for all the rest.
Good quality of food, fast service, and it's one of the Better Price have, in this moment of the Fast Food, are not healthy, with so much fat, and bad done!!Also it's always Clean and the Staff are Clean and Professional!! Thank you for be here for us and please Open more Places like yours, because sometimes it's very difficult trying to find Chick-fil-A!!!
Placed order on app for curbside, good quality was horrible. Half fries, almost no chicken on my salad that is half what they usually serve. No blue cheese on my salad either. Waited 15 minutes for my food although they were empty and ordered beforehand.
Always organized and efficient. All employees move smoothly on each area and every time yo go there it takes between 5-10 minutes from to moment you place your order until you get your foo right to the table.
