Chick fil a is very good fast food chicken and this location did an excellent job. The chicken and fries were fresh. The cashier was friendly and inviting. I have nothing bad to say.
Ordered the club got home and it had no bacon on it. Line was long. Service could have been a little more cheerful.

Every time we order, they forget something. EVERY time! It is the closest location to where we live, and my son loves chick-fil-a nuggets, but I am not going to this one again

Honestly the customer service is trash. the food included is trash. when i got my chicken it was so dry. And i let them know to cut it in half and they never did. No sauces in my order when i ordered the sauce. Davie location is wayyyyy better.
Horrible experience, totally disappointed me with this store, from the line to order (long), the cashiers, the managers ignoring line, missing food ..ugh 2 stars only cause food taste great. I will say its only the inside mall store that has this rating all other stores are held with very high respect. Guess this one is left to the minors to run. ??
Unfortunately this wasn't one of my better experiences at Chick-fil-A.I placed a mobile order that didn't go through for some reason and I was waiting longer than I expected because it wasn't even busy!Anyway, I guess the Manager on duty found my online order, prepared my meal, apologized for the order mishap, and sent me on my way.Now I get to the car to eat a Waffle fry and it's not even hot! It doesn't even taste fresh, so yea. Not cool since I rarely go to Chick-fil-A and when I finally decided to, it wasn't a good experience.
