in all of my time that u spent at this place i had one thing in my mind "this place sucks and is sooooooooo bad."

Passing through the area, our son suggested this place. We love Cuban food. Wife was raised near Ybor City in Tampa. This cafe was awesome. Food, decor, service, menu offerings - all ten-star.

5 adults and a child for lunch served by Mirialys R Your service, patience snd attention to detail was great and very much appreciated. The food was plentiful and delicious All made for a great family meal Bathrooms pleasantly clean The Virus protection at each door wax paper sheets with a nearby disposal can on all “pull doors” was an excellent touch Wish we had this restaurant on Virginia Beach Thank again Mirialys R

I order from this restaurant almost every week and the food quality is consistently excellent. They offer a huge menu, including amazing desserts.

La Carreta is one of my favorite places to eat. I've eaten at each Miami & Broward location (except MIA INT airport) and I love all of them. If I had to rate them one through nine, Pembroke Pines would be my #1. Nothing against the other locations though. They're all good!

The people who work there have 0 customer service and negative knowledge on how to treat customers! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY OR ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS ...YOU DESERVE WAY BETTER!

I usually order from this Pembroke Pines location since live less than 5 minutes away; but as of today, May 21-2020, will no longer support this location due to treatment as paying customer. We ordered 4 palomilla steaks and 1 grilled chicken (total $80) to go due to not being able to understandably dine-in bc of Covid19. We get home, unpack and see the FOOD IS completely COLD. Not warm like it cooled down on the way home, I mean cold like it was cooked as a batch in the morning or the night before. Even the piece of lemon was dried up. Called the restaurant for explanation and spoke with "manager" Luis V., who also coincidentally happened to rang our ticket at pick-up time (name printed on ticket). Luis refused to listen to our concerns and admit that at least the food wasn't as fresh as it should be, stating "the food was made when order was placed". He dismissed us by saying we should "speak to GM in the morning" and when we calmly asked for the GM's name as we will be contacting, he hung up the phone. I'm in hospitality industry and expected at least an apology, but the dismissive behavior of this employee's disregard over HOURS-COLD PRE-MADE food is a strike in my book.

Been there sometimes but not the same. Skirt steak medium well burned by grill bars. Big chunk of fat in the roast pork. Patata rellena with just a little meat inside Restroom past needed renovation Some trash near the coffee window

If you want to try some of the best Cuban food at very reasonable prices. la Creatta in pembrooke pines is worth the visit, my favorite dishes include the smoked pork loin, the Beef tongue , and liver, The coffee is always good and the Flan is the best that I have found. I have been here numerous times in the last five years and always consistent.

Great dinner at La Carretta’s. Authentic Cuban (at least I find it authentic). Can not beat the pork dish. Ask for the servers recommendation and go for it. Also have a great outside coffee stop for when the weather is mild (below 80). Have fun and enjoy
