Do NOT come here. Everytime I come to this Boston Market there’s no chicken. How do you run out of chicken everyday? The staff is rude so I can see why they always have a huge turn over. If you don’t like working in customer service then don’t get a job in customer service. Simple.
Me and my family had the most best experience at this market (#537)in the drive thru, the customer service was amazing and I got food service with laughter, (bar b que sauce) gave us a run for our money, truly we had a good time, would definitely come back and I'm sorry I gave you a line afterwards (bar b que sauce)?❤️

Love the food here, but pretty much after 7pm Do Not Come Here! They never have anything and that includes “chicken”. Came here 3 times and they never have chicken. You sell chicken how do your not have chicken?!
I enjoyed the store in Pembroke Pines, because they allows the customers to come inside. I will never patronize the store in Hollywood, because they only serve through the drive through and you can't see what you're really getting ?
I went today to the Pembroke Pines store drive thru and ordered a full rack of ribs with vegetables and cream spinach, turkey with mac and cheese and cilantro lime rice and the last order was cordon bleu chicken with vegetables and caesar salad...almost 45 dollars. What I got was a full rack of ribs without sides, the chicken with only the caesar salad and only one order right. Very invompetent enployees. It was not busy.
Was ok not everything was available the guy taking my order made great suggestions the rest they didn't have was just unfortunate, like no deserts available. The order was correct this time a well. And the cashier was polite.

Best thing ever called uber and door dash they didn't have potatoes called them got attitude told come her you can have it ordered many times from them will never again for boston markets records if it matters Kristen at flamingo and pines is who talked to me with complete disrespect. If not doesn't matter I will never order from. You again without a call
Poor service,they kept screwing up the order made you drive around the order line again to get the rest of your food very poor service was down on vacation l would never eat at this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
