I ordered online a chia pudding. It was delivered to me. And I receive a super tiny portion of pudding, very different from what they advertise on their official page. I don’t think the portion of dessert I receive should cost $3.24.

I have gone to this location many times. The food is good, and I’ve had good experiences until today. I decided to order a bowl through the Bolay app for the first time. I ordered a bowl with cilantro noodles, herb roasted potatoes, lemon chicken, avocado, and creamy garlic sauce. I picked up the order and saw a receipt taped on the outside with my name and my correct order, so I went home. When I opened my bowl, the whole order was wrong. I ended up getting a bowl with white rice, broccoli, and lemon chicken, which is far from what I asked for. It was a pain to have to drive back from my house to get my correct order. When I got there, the employees quickly fixed up my order and apologized, which I appreciated. However, I did not get a free drink or treat for my inconvenience. I mean cmon.. basic costumer service. I will be coming back to this location, but I will never place an order online again. Learned the hard way.
It's always good but today I'm told by the Uber Delivery person that they no longer sell the Asian Noodles..cool, but reach out to your webmaster and remove it from your website so people don't get disappointed.
Food was really good.
While the food was tasty the overall experience wasn’t great. We walked in at 8:10PM- there was a ton of staff standing around, I’m assuming getting ready to close at 9. They were out of half the menu. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a veggie side.One we finally sat down to eat which was around 8:35/8:40, we were being rush out to leave. I would most likely never go back.

We enjoyed the meal 1000% ! Fresh, flavorful and healthy. Every option was full of joyful flavor. Am I doing too much? We enjoyed it so much we forgot to take pictures. Lollll in today’s day and age that’s a big deal. The staff was very polite and helpful. I had to wait a little bit for my spicy shrimp and I got a free cookie for the wait! Ha! Don’t judge me but it’s the customer service for me. Loved it!
Try the Black Rice! I have no idea what the ingredients are but it's delicious. The spicy shrimp are indeed spicy if you are not use to a ton of spicy food.
