This review is the for the manager Mike, and the customer service from Wendy's on 23rd St. I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit meal, on my way to work. When I arrived at work and went to eat, it was a hot honey chicken biscuit. I called and spoke to the manager Mike. He asked what I ordered and where I worked, within 10-15 minutes he hand delivered the correct order to me. Now that is called customer service. Instead of getting my name and telling me to come back, he took the time to listen to my complaint and he went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you, Mike
Fries to salty to eat, burger paddy was old dried out. If you don't get a burger early like lunch they are always old. Frosty and customer service was great. Don't advertise fresh burgers when there not.
Wife was fed and happy within just s few minutes. Very happy with service.
This was a fun trip into Wendy's! The gal at the counter was delightful and knowledgeable. I used a coupon for a free chicken sandwich so it was a good deal too! I tried the orange cream soda and fell in love. The drive-thru can get extremely busy at lunch time due to its popular location.
Run like a Wendy's should be. Fast and friendly. Sausage was danger close to being burnt around the edges, but still a great meal. Great job!
They don't know how to read a screen for nothing....I ordered spicy nuggets and received regular and while waiting on our order a lady retrieved her food to not get what she wanted as in a plain burger and the remake was still wrong..so who at fault here...this is pothetic to be messing up orders when there's clearly a screen to display what needs to be made
Extremely long wait time for food at 2pm. Not even during lunch rush. One man demanding a return because of how long it took. Don't come here if you are short on time.
Very short staffed and still manage to be extremely pleasant and trying very hard to make sure everything is hot and fresh!
