Updated review-Today we tried something new and it was awesome too I've been looking for some great chicken salad and they had it here! Also, the tuna pasta was so good!Original review-Delicious food and really friendly staff! The 49ers sandwich was out of this world.
I'm still rather new in town, and I got a spot at a co-working space (The Hive) right next door to Trigo. I stepped inside to grab some lunch one day and I fell in love. The food is amazing! I need to make my way through all of their sandwiches, but I love the 49er (Reuben) sandwich on sourdough. Their house made salads are incredible too! Caesar pasta salad is a combination I never knew I needed until I saw it on their menu, and it does not disappoint!The staff is super friendly, and very helpful. I don't think I've ever found a better run deli or restaurant in years. They keep me coming back as much as the food does.Trigo is definitely a special place in downtown Panama City, and I highly recommend eating at least one meal there, and I say at least because I know you'll be back, just like me...

Amazing everything! From sandwiches, salads, pizzas, soups, etc. You can an amazing breakfast, lunch, or dinner experience here.
This is an excellent little gem in Historic Downtown Panama City! The food is delicious (I had the Mozzarella and Mushroom Pizza, which was excellent), reasonably priced, and the service is top-notch. Definitely somewhere you will want to visit while visiting our beautiful little downtown. ?
I love this place. They are perfect for lunch, any they make great pasta salads. I got the pesto pasta salad and half cable car sandwich. Everything was perfect and the food came out quickly. Get there early because they can get busy at lunch.

Probably my favorite place in Historic Panama. This is a must if your traveling! Anything here is a good option! I personally love their Taboili and Ceveche.
Love Trigo. I go every time I'm in downtown PC. Service was quick, and the food was fresh, hot and most of all delicious.
