I wouldn't say it was taco bell, more on the side of Uber, the driver was rude and unprofessional, I ordered 17 burritos, and after it told me 20 mins for delivery, it turned into 1 hr ½, after she arrived at my house, my order was missing 12 burritos, she handed me one bag and replied take it up with Uber, I can't help you, idk who's at fault, I've always enjoyed Taco Bell so I hope everything will work out, we shall see
I went to get a bean burrito and the nacho fries. I asked the manager what other meatless burritos did they have? She told me about one burrito and I can't remember the name but beans, rice,lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, and avocado sauce. This burrito was the bomb I truly enjoyed it. I wish that I could say the same for the nacho fries basically they were a fry with VERY light season on it. If it had not been for the nacho cheese giving some help I probably would have thrown the fries away. I must say the manager was wonderful she made my experience there enjoyable. But I will also say not to bring the manager down but I understand that it was close to closing time but the lobby was in terrible shape. I don't know if they had assigned one particular person to keep the lobby clean if so they did not do their job. Because it looked like a herd of small Buffalo ran through the lobby.other than that my experience was pretty much a positive experience.
Im over taco bell. They did away with shredded chicken and so much other stuff. This particular time I ordered loaded fries which weren't an option even tho nacho fries are the special right now. Then I ordered cantina chicken tacos which they were out of. So I couldn't get anything I wanted and that tends to happen alot at this location.
Upon my last cuz if it wasn't busy no it was the drive-thru packed but somehow with just two cars it took them almost 30 minutes to get me my food. The food was palatable at best and my Crunch Wrap wasn't even folded all the way. It wouldn't have mattered if the ingredients provided in the Crunchwrap were the greatest that have ever been used, and my mind at that point everything tasted like garbage.
This place is completely different from day to night. Anytime I go after 9pm the food is prepared sloppy and I'm usually missing items. During the day seems to be great. I hope they can do something to improve their night time services.
It must be difficult finding decent employees in this area. This incident happened a few weeks ago and I forgot to leave a review, so I am doing it now. I went to the Taco Bell in Callaway. The employees were more interested in playing on their phones and chatting with each other than they were in waiting on paying customers. So much so that they got my order wrong and the food was cold. I called in to complain later in the day and spoke to someone named Amanda who was very condescending towards me and made me feel as though I were a liar or a criminal or something. I ended up hanging up on her. I won't be going back to this Taco Bell again. Find some better employees, ones that are thankful to have a job rather than ones who make you feel as though you are intruding on them by placing an order.
I ordered online and people in line behind me got their orders first. So when I got my order it was cold and it was not prepared the way I had specified. I also requested two mild sauces and I got a hot and a fire sauce. Not to mention this location is higher priced than any other Taco Bell in town. So I won't be going back there ever again. The one in Lynn Haven is much better.
Yay, Taco Hell! I kinda hate the touchscreens and forgot my crunchwrap, but whatever, I jammed my pockets full of Fire sauce and made a run for it.I wonder what Del Taco's are like?
Ordered four burritos from the most Rude and Disrespectful employees. Did not get order right. The Burritos was not put together well. Sloppy service and food! Went to buy into my second burrito and it was hard as a rock like they gave me old food with rice in it and the burrito at the end was so hard it felt like I chewing on a rock so I spit it out do it in the garbage.
Placed an order for pickup in app (have done numerous times) and they're telling us it's not in their system and nothing they can do. Ignoring us while we're trying to get it resolved and unwilling to help. Been over 30 minutes standing there and still not being helped!
