I work for Doordash & turn orders down from Taco Bells. You usually only get them late at night & the drive thru is long & slow. It should never take 10 minutes per car for anything. Period. If you've got that much volume you need to hire someone else to push it out because you're losing business to people who are driving off.Hopefully between our reviews & negative feedbacks in the food delivery apps we can force them to change. Just be advised that if you order from here - no one is going to get your food & the few that will are going to be trapped in line for 30+ mins minimum. Expect cold food. I've never gotten hot/fresh food from there in 3 years. This goes for ALL Taco Bells our area.
Extremely unprofessional manager. (If you notice, everyone that has left a review says something about the manager being rude, and just not friendly). The manager is obviously a problem. Do something about it before you no longer have customers. The reviews are recent also! I asked a question and the manager tells me I’m being rude? When all I did was ask what came in the burrito. Since when do company’s allow their employee to mistreat costumers? I don’t feel like I did anything wrong. Sorry if they were having a bad day, but it is NEVER ok to take it out on a customer. I feel personally attacked, just for asking a question. The worst part is, after I explained to the manager that i simply just wanted to know what was in the burrito, they still told me I was being rude when I was not at all being rude. I had no Malicious intentions. I simply wanted to know what was in my food that I was going to be eating. That’s a crime now? To want to know what is in your good?! Seriously Asking a question is rude? Wanting to know what comes in your food is rude? TACO BELLS MANAGERS ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Next time I will go get real Mexican food at a Mexican restaurant.
Taco bell service is really getting awful in the panhandle.... Rolled up to this one, the door said dine in open... Got shewed out to go drive through by the guy mopping the floors. It was only 7pm and other people were dining in... Took my family elsewhere. Won't bother with this location again the next time I'm in PC.
While standing and waiting to pickup an order place onliy, 15 minutes is too long, they messed up at least 2 orders. When I did check in the manager got ugly and said well she has to wait for all these other orders.
Clean well maintained resturant. Staff was exceptional and able to handle special request accurately. Gave us senior discount without even asking.
Let me tell you, this was the best experience I've ever had at any fast food place I've ever been. Whoever was making those burritos that day was making them perfectly. Keep up the awesome work guys.
Food was great and prompt but they confused my order and I had to go back inside for the rest of my food which was was kindly corrected and I was given a coupon for a free taco my next visit so I would have to say that is much better than most other fast food places in which I have encountered the same problem lol so good job guys keep it up!!!
Service was fast place was clean but the taco meat tasted really watered down and was runny this has happened the last 2 times ive gone there . Maybe they need to stir the meat more or take the lid off of it so it can thicken . Im not sure what they are allowed to do so these are just suggestions.
Order was accurate but the employee at the window told us we needed to drive back around the DT to add one item to our order. It was 8:45 at night - no one else was in the line and we just wanted to try the chicken quesadilla. Rather than waste time driving around the building we left. Sale and returning customer lost. Made absolutely no sense.
Staff was under-trained and not very helpful. Tortillas were stale. Cheese was not even slightly melted inside food. Very disappointing for one of my favorite eateries. I know it is tough in today's world to find good help if any. I will be back.
