Upon this visit, we were informed at the drive thru that we were only permitted to order a max of 5 menu items. Then they rambled off a long list of items they were out of, such as lettuce chalupas tomatoes, etc. They didn't even have all of their drinks available. We asked the window employee if there was any compensation available for the inconvenience. She said she would ask. Just before the young lady handed me our bag of food she tells us that they added cinnamon twist for the inconvenience, which was a total lie. We left feeling as if someone had just played a prank on us .
It was very good but I give it a 2 because my burritos guts were all in te rapper and not in the tortilla, my cinnamon twists where at the bottom of the bad dumped out, and the lady that was working the window had a very bad attitude
I will never return to this location. I paid extra for add ons and half of it was missing from my food. I had also requested certain things be left off because I am lactose intolerant but y'all put ranch in my food after I requested no ranch which I couldn't see immediately. I didn't realize it was mixed in until I took a few bites and noticed my add on was missing.. then I saw the ranch. Now I'm sick. Your employees need to pay better attention to customized orders. This is not the first time this has happened. My crunchwrap also wasn't even closed up properly and had fallen apart in the wrapper. I am very disappointed. Don't waste your time coming to this location.
There's only one lady who works there who is friendly and seems to know what she's doing....everyone else seems not the case....they always seem to get my order wrong!
If u online order were basically asking for bad food, as we made an online order 20 minutes before picking it up and after we got to tacobell to pick it up thinking it should be done because we wanted to avoid waiting but we had to wait a good 20 minutes for our food, only to be handed out not even luke warm, cold. Has to microwave them once I got home. Never again.
This place has the worst service out of any tacco bell I have ever eaten the employee are rude and they do not ever get your orders right the last 6 times I have eaten there they have messed up my order. WORSE PLACE TO EAT IN PANAMA CITY STAY AWAY.
We have had some issues with orders at this location and on occasion gotten a window person that wasn't very friendly but other than that out of all the times we have been here because it's close by for us they have been pretty decent
The food is absolutely disgusting, ordered 4 steak quesaritos in the drive thru, PAID for them, and then they come back to the window 5 mins later and say they can’t find any steak and ask if we want chicken or beef instead. Streak is an upcharge so I was like are you kidding me? And then she said one second and magically found some steak. “Oh we found some steak” didn’t even give me a chance to ask for a refund, comes back with the littlest burritos like dollar menu size, every one of them are cold, and the steak is so gross and chewy I couldn’t even eat it. Horrible. Tried calling to complain and nobody answers the phone. Will never be back.
Employees too busy joking around to get order correct. Everything was sloppily put together. Management might need to step up, disappointing...
I love this location! Staff is always very friendly. Even when they mess up your order they are kind about it and correct it. Tonight it was all correct and that is the first time in months! Very proud of the staff tonight!
